24/6/2019 07:09 | Small change, he'll be keen to complete the 5 year plan | lukehold
24/6/2019 06:11 | I don't see AH selling TOOPLE for under 1p per share as he only holds 28m.... that would be £280k. | ff2345
22/6/2019 13:59 | In my view I think something will trigger a massive rise in the coming months...it might even be an RNS stating the number of Clients they now have. The slack from the placing should be through the system soon so I'd expect a strong surge at some point. Until then I'm happy to accumulate. | cookie dough
22/6/2019 13:25 | Interim Results statement 15 May 2019: There continues to be consolidation in our sector, with notable deals recently announced such as the proposed acquisition of KCOM Group for in excess of GBP500 million who were a major player in the UK SME market. Over time we believe we will have a role to play in this M&A activity. I believe that the wording above is not pointing to Toople being an acquirer. It is pointing to Toople being acquired. "Consolidation in our sector". This statement is setting the scene. In the background Daisy are on a buying spree. Why would Andy Hollingworth even bother mentioning the above in the interim results? There is more to this. Has Daisy Group already been in touch with Toople? Yes they probably have. Doesn't mean Toople have agreed to anything. | 2mex
22/6/2019 11:11 | Topple are very vulnerable to a low price takeover. A 100% premium to the existing price would seem good value but not when 10 months of 10% 0f month upon month growth has been ignored. An update is required to bring the share price more in line with the continuous months of growth. Twice times 0.6p gives a takeout price of 300% instead of a 100%. However I get the impression that the funding shares have nearly run their course. Those who take advantage of this placing weakness have a previous discounted placing and 10 months of record growth not priced in. 0.3p looks to be around the bottom and the upside from here is substantial.. | bobdown2
22/6/2019 10:16 | Daisy Group prepares for acquisitions after £1bn refinancing. British telecoms company Daisy Group is set to go on a buying spree following fresh refinancing of more than £1bn from US asset manager Ares. | 2mex
22/6/2019 10:08 | May 16th, 2019: Janine Murray, Head of Acquisitions at Daisy, said: “There is a perception in the industry that Daisy is only interested in large acquisitions – this isn’t the case. "We’re looking to acquire all types of businesses, in particular UK-based telecoms providers that supply a range of traditional telephony services to SMBs." | 2mex
21/6/2019 17:27 | Yup share price for this one is just not moving. Hope it gets a rocket up its backside soon. Company seems to have a long term strategic plan in place but price remains low | groover65
21/6/2019 13:36 | I added on the dip, usual mugging of sellers, when that is finished they move the share price up and get the mugs who sold to buy back higher, rinse & repeat. (MSYS), start to bear fruit, it should have a big move after a very heavy 20Mof trading a week or so ago. | ny boy
21/6/2019 12:16 | Strong buying volume. News incoming? | dorning31187
20/6/2019 19:11 | An absolutely absurd share price level. Today, when 0.65% of the company's shares had been traded the market makers had dropped the price 6.5%. The market makers are shaking the f@@k out of the tree. Very suspicious. News soon? Look at the chart indicators: Bollinger has settled on Lower band (BUY). RSI is low (BUY). Williams%R is saying BUY! | 2mex
20/6/2019 14:33 | Time to get a few more 😀 | queenwood
20/6/2019 11:25 | A good t.p review added. They certainly have speeded up. Some seem vindictive and some are just not aware that toople are not in control of the network that their service is provided over. Ie by bt exchanges..where mistakes can be made.. | bobdown2
20/6/2019 08:14 | He might be a visitor from the dark side..comes up filtered...anyway... | bobdown2
20/6/2019 07:38 | Kazoom, the review is not particularly positive. The words used look neutral and matter of fact. It looked like someone almost just going through the motions to provide feedback. You mentioned "cold called". The review didn't mention that. "cold call" suggests a phone call. It said "got contacted" which, in the context of Toople's marketing methods, means email or messaging. The reviewer "got contacted" and would have then decided for themselves to reply or get in touch with Toople. The reviewer had earlier been browsing for broadband deals. Toople's targeted marketing picked up on that. The point I made was that it indicated an active attempt to acquire a customer as opposed to the passive method of just placing a targeted advert in the background. I see you are keeping a close eye on Toople ;o) | 2mex
19/6/2019 22:07 | I did say I would not disrupt this board and hopefully I am not, but I cannot let that one pass. Someone earlier up the thread suggested that you can't trust the negative reports on TrustPilot (I'd agree, sadly the site has become worthless), but it seems to me you cannot trust the positive ones either. What do we have here? A TP report from an alleged Small Business owner, with limited grasp of the English Language, who apparently was cold called by a company (s)he had never heard of but nevertheless signed up for broadband and phone because "Stephanie" was helpful. REALLY? If this true, then I might be inclined to launch a bid for TOOP just to get access to their client list - I have a supply of powdered unicorn horn that I'm struggling to shift. (Sorry I don't mean this to be negative about TOOP as such - I really haven't made up my mind - but that TrustPilot has to be a wind up doesn't it?) | kazoom
19/6/2019 22:01 | 2mex that is highly likely to be the case. I remember seeing a comment many months ago on Trustpilot saying they had been contacted by Toop. These are likely to be the bulk of Toop's leads. They should increase as the legacy network becomes defunct. | cookie dough
19/6/2019 19:27 | Bob it’s only been just over a month hasn’t it? We’ll get news but last time there was radio silence it was positive so i’ve No reason to expect any different. A couple of wholesale announcements wouldn’t go amiss though, it’s that time of the year looking at last years rns’s | paulthomas103
19/6/2019 19:21 | Keep the faith, no news is good news.Buy order today triggered .31 Buys.Crazy really, as zero negative press. As far as I am aware it is business as usual and guessing exponential growth too.DYOR of course. | bibs
19/6/2019 19:12 | An update to keep investors updated and not in the dark for six months is needed to keep long term holders. No one wants to build a sizeable holding and not know how their investment is doing. An update also gives the chance of a follow up vox market report. Also a stronger shareprice is better for corporate events and fund raising...not that we will see anymore for a long time.. | bobdown2
19/6/2019 18:55 | Real cool, they had a break at the end of last year until March with regards to figures so it’s not unusual for them to go quiet. Personally and looking at a couple of negative reviews I think they’re swamped and are struggling with such high demand. He knows his digital marketing is the way to grow the company quickly and he intimated that they would use the funding for this so he’s most likely upped it and hasn’t time to update the market monthly as he’s only looking long term and wants sticky long term investors as opposed to traders. | paulthomas103
19/6/2019 18:45 | The last trust pilot review might have come from the digital marketing.....its a new one.. | bobdown2
19/6/2019 18:37 | Toople are also increasing their partner base. An update on this would very useful too. | 2mex |
