12/6/2019 17:28 | The chart is about to touch the lower Bollinger Band - a buy signal showing that the level is low / cheap. RSI is low showing that the price has moved into oversold territory. and look at the Williams%R. It has hit -100 signalling buy. | 2mex
11/6/2019 22:35 | Bob None of the funding shares have come on the market and they wont, today the share price hit the 200 day moving average hopefully the share price should bounce probably with an rns out in the next day or so about being another excellent month on the new customers signing up. | chestnuts
11/6/2019 18:03 | The fund raise at roughly the same time as the interims was fatal in the short term. The prospect of limited newsflow in the short term and a long wait until the finals has dried up the buy volume required to clear any of the funding shares still floating about. i still have most of my holding but I sold a few so that I can do some trading whilst I wait. Mixed results so far.. in the mean time toople are growing at an even faster rate and at some stage the share price will have to play catch up. I am watching volume and share price activity... | bobdown2
11/6/2019 13:07 | After the placing in September they released trading updates in each of the following two months, lets see if they do the same again. | azuli

09/6/2019 12:33 | Andy Hollingworth, CEO Andy has worked in the Telecoms Industry for the past 25 years operating at senior levels. TalkTalk Business Director of Partners (wholesale) Sep 2003 – Aug 2012 Led a growth strategy in the UK reseller market from sub £50m turnover to £250m turnover (£150m net profit with around 30 staff). TalkTalk Business Director of SME and Corporate Sales Aug 2012 – Oct 2015 Led the transformation of performance from 18% customer loss into growth of over 3000 customers per month within 3 years. | 2mex
09/6/2019 12:30 | Andy Hollingworth, 02 December 2018 "...This is what excites me about Toople: A new entrance in the market looking after the small business market, the sub 50 employee market, that where BT "the old dinosaur" of our market that has more than 40% of the market share. My background over the last 12.5 years in the Business to Business market makes me incredibly excited of what we are delivering and what we will deliver for Toople.." | 2mex
09/6/2019 12:13 | Indeed Tewkesbury and customers are happy with Toople and buying more services. As Andy H pointed out, buying more services makes a customer stickier: more likely to stick with Toople long term. Toople are rapidly building a customer base generating long term recurring revenue. | 2mex
09/6/2019 11:04 | Well said tt. Every £ TOOP spend buys them ever larger revenues in a comparatively short time. This is a well understood and reliable business model. Additionally, TOOP have one of the most experienced CEO's in the business who previously grew the business side at Talk Talk. If he succeeds with TOOP shareholders could make £millions. | tewkesbury

07/6/2019 10:08 | 2mex, on marketing, in the year to 30/9/2018 their average spend was about £22k per month, compared to the previous year at around £16k per month. However, after the £662k May 2019 Placing, they used £150k to repay the debt, so had at least £450k net left over (after broker commission) plus over £1m other cash (TOOP, 15/5/2019). So guesstimate* they have a massive marketing push and spread the £450k over the subsequent 12 months on marketing at £37k per month, and use the other £1m cash on Admin, etc. £37k per month marketing will produce a huge upswing in customer recruitment, including retail directly with TOOP, which is high margin and maximises RGU's, revenues will rise substantially, and real financial benefits will come through in H2 2019, 2020 and beyond. Profits in site. With increased marketing, I think this summer will see new customer sign-ups and total orders direct with TOOP, rise really rapidly from the 600 new sign-ups and 900 new orders direct with TOOP reported for April, to 1000+ to 1200+ new sign-ups per month by late summer. This would be 5x to 6x what they probably averaged per month in the Year reporting to 30/9/2018, and over 25x the monthly average in the Year to 30/9/2017. Also there will be raised company profile for the wholesale side, so positive all round. * "The Company proposes to use the funds to redeem the outstanding loan to the Company from David Breith ("the Loan") at a substantial discount to its book value, as well investing further in the business to accelerate the sign up of new customers, who over the life of their fixed term contracts will contribute to increased revenues for the Company."..."Given that these customers are typically signing two year fixed contracts, we believe that the Company can use this opportunity to accelerate its timeframe to cash generation and profitability." | top tips
07/6/2019 08:10 | Chestnuts I didn't forget. What I meant was, for cash projection, £1.6m cash was available in 19H2. 1.15m plus 0.45m. To estimate cash at end of 19H2 start with £1.6m which was available in 19H2. | 2mex
07/6/2019 07:56 | 2mex You forgot to take out April’s and Mays spend so more like £1,3m in bank | chestnuts
07/6/2019 07:53 | It will be advanced software Or mm not arrived yet | chestnuts
07/6/2019 07:51 | cyberbub, the overall gross margin at 19H1 was 19%. Please have a look through the RNS releases and review. 19H2 revenue will be around £2.4m. FY19 will be around £3.5m. Toople had £1.6million cash available in 19H2 (£1.15m + £0.45m). Gross profit 19H2 will be £456K. Then add £51K other income. Toople may spend a more on digital marketing but that will increase revenue long term. I have projected figures and see cash flow positive in 20H2. Toople will balance spending to optimise growth to bring cash positive nearer. There is enough funding to go through cash flow pos. Its just a matter of time now. | 2mex
07/6/2019 07:49 | It'll square back down, just the order book doing its stuff. | fatnacker |
