Buying should take us back into the funding area... It took a while but investors are buying the weakness..

Salisbury and Southampton centres are going or have the go ahead for complete fibre.... we need figures not percentages of percentages so that topple progress can be gauged...lack of visibility could be holding the share price back..

...as a result businesses will be forced to switch away from legacy broadband over the coming months.

Hi just saw an advert on a London bus for G Networks "We are ripping up your roads" or words to that effect. Doing a quick bit of research these guys are putting the fibre infrastructure in place for small/ medium enterprises.https://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2018/11/60m-for-g-networks-build-of-1gbps-broadband-to-120000-in-london.html

T.p reviews need to be addressed as soon as possible. If possible!!. But..The amount of reviews has snowballed and whereas it was on average two a month it is now about ten and growing. Maybe topple has some growing pains and have to take on some extra staff to protect their trust pilot scores. Although some are malicious and get removed. You have to scroll back through the reviews to get a fairer reflection of perspective..Also...we might also be getting some of the problem customers from the other carriers...time will tell.

The fact that 20%+ monthly orders come from existing customers is the real feedback. It is concrete evidence of positive feedback.

Obvious nutters aside trust pilot reviews look pretty good in comparison.

Average of the last 10 Trustpilor reviews = 2.5.

Management need to focus on improving their customer care as this was (and is?) a key component of their marketing.

Thanks 2mex,

I actually found the Turner Pope presentation from your earlier mention and have reviewed that together with the numbers.

Not wishing to be disruptive to this board, I think it's probably best for me to say that it is not an investment that now interests me at this time, but one that I may look in on in the future.

I do not have an especially negative view, but neither do I have an especially positive one - so it's probably not productive to attempt public debate on this board.

All the best - & I'll maybe drop back in in the future.

kazoom, there are plenty of RNS releases and VOX reports to look through. As I look back at late 2018, I recall Justin Waite asking about the Retail sales. He was referring to the October 2018 record month followed by November 2018 record and he wanted to know if the growth was sustainable. Andy H replied yes it is absolutely sustainable.

The next 6 months have proved him right...and its not just sustainable growth: it is accelerating growth and that acceleration will see a step change increase from June/July.

In terms of starting out as a minnow, Toople have come a long way. They have sacked off legacy, high-risk, low-margin wholesale and the new terms are for improved margin of 10%. Overall gross margin is 19%, a big increase on previous 13.5%. Based on the wholesale/retail split this puts retail margin at approx. 25% (up from previous 21.7%).

combined customer base is 12,000+ and growing well. As mentioned this will accelerate further and I expect a step change here.

..and Toople are debt-free.

Toople are delivering but you are quite right to do your own research as anyone should. Good luck.

Here is the Turner Pope presentation from 2018. It is half an hour long but worth a listen.

Not directed at me? Does that mean I'm also not filtered?

I'm a bit confused as I don't think anyone else has said anything less than positive in the last few pages of posts.

I don't mean to be overtly negative, but I am very conscious that the market is strewn with minnows like this that have over-promised and failed to deliver.

I don't know if Toop is the same or not - but that is something I would need to satisfy myself of before investing.

I guess that comment is directed at me bob?

Well I will have to continue to beggar your belief then as I don't automatically take promises of Jam tomorrow as gospel no matter who makes them. I worked in the sector pretty much as long as Mr Hollingworth so I'm quite happy to take my understanding into account - in fact if I find this sufficiently interesting I'll probably look for the opportunity to talk with him about it.

In the meantime : ".. these are the levels from which those that understand the stock market will make the most money.."

I guess that would be you then?

Good Luck!

Some of the predictions here have been rather outlandish but to ignore a ceos statements on future cash flow positive and profitability beggars belief.. these are the levels from which those that understand the stock market will make the most money..

Thanks 2mex,

I'll have a look further on that.

I agree there is an opportunity, but I'm just not sure it is anywhere near as profound as being suggested.
