Trust pilot. 169 reviews showing now...however I cannot see how the score has moved up three.!! But there are four recent verified numbers instead of three. The trust pilot reviews seem to be snowballing. The scenario has really improved with the placing..how does that one work then.!!!!!!!!!°•

Nice end to the day. I mentioned yesterday about recent placings over at SKIN and BIDS that were received favourably by the market with the respective sp's up over 50% and 100% since. Hopefully with the debt now cleared, additional cash in bank, and an in-house sales team beginning to show its worth, the market is liking what it sees and TOOP will begin to rise in a similar fashion.

It was a nice RNS...Toople were already meeting or exceeding their KPI's. This goes beyond that...

"...the Company will use the funds raised (£450K) to invest further in its digital marketing strategy to increase the rate of customer enquiries and correspondingly to improve conversion rates. Given that these customers are typically signing two year fixed contracts, we believe that the Company can use this opportunity to accelerate its timeframe to cash generation and profitability."

Toople will pick up the pace with their digital marketing as stated in the RNS 28 May 2019. Expect another step change in customers added which should happen in June or July.

Toople now have a specialist digital marketing manager who is optimising the returns, reducing the costs - this guy is a key player...exciting times ahead.

Bob, "..and then the share price went up over a 1000%"

I think you will see that happen again. Agree just needs patience now. The funding is there, the sales are there...and the debt is no longer there.

Bob, yes the new shares will be admitted on or around 3rd June, Monday. Still an unloved share and yet £450K has been added to an already healthy cash position. Indeed a great opportunity to buy at these levels. Month after month record breaking sales and very healthy cash position.

..oh and.. Debt-free

0.35 vs 0.36. A buy in the background.?. These could move up quickly if we have long term holders...I would not bet on it...fingers crossed though..

Thanks for your viewpoint.
Unfortunately, I love a conspiracy theory.
One thing we agree on this is a long term hold.

2mex. Shares are being traded at the placing level and funding always has an uncertainty factor. The 0.35p was a good price when you consider the large discount on the last one. Tern before the big rise had convertable loan notes that held the share price back...and then the share price went up over a 1000% after they cleared. My comments are to make those that have not been here before aware of the opportunity that funding can bring... You need patience and bottle to buy big chunks at a reduced price when there is loads of liquidity. The 0.30p was the last opportunity...below 0.36p is the latest.....

mam, the brokers approached on behalf of clients who wanted to strengthen their positions in Toople. They are holders and indicated their interest based on the positive interim results.
... It is also possible that their interest is based on more knowledge of what is ahead for Toople. David Breith has recently had a friendly chat at Toople and provided a very amicable and agreeable outcome on the debt...brokers proactively approached for their clients...but it is just a co-incidence.

I think that most of the 189m shares will now be held - not short-term traded as an overhang. The key here is a "strengthening" of positions.

Is it possible buyer is connected to original loan.
If so confident it will reach 4 times current price soon?
Only my thoughts.

Proviso ....the unknown factor is where the shares ended up. If there were investors who wanted shares for the long term instead of a quick 10% then the share price at some stage may rise faster than expected...quick glimpses at the ADVFN trades could be enough to keep an eye open for an opportunity.

2 times 1m buys showing...4m buys does not suddenly equate to 1% of the funding shares but it does give you an approximation of what is taking place. Over the last couple of days a very good start...

A 2m buy at the full offer .. 0.36. Slowly slowly catches monkey. That's 0.5% of the funding. As the overhang disperses so the price will firm up..the money raised will be used for digital funding to increase customer numbers. As the initial reaction of this placing is a stationary price but a business that will expand at an even faster rate than at present and head for cash generation and profitability then do not think this placing will be a long time clearing...Dyor and keep a track of the trades...very undervalued at these levels...

Here is a transcription of some of the podcast:

VOX Podcast 28th May 2019 36mins onwards
Justin Waite
"..ok lets dig into this: the repayment of debt and a private placing, take us into the detail of this.."

Andy Hollingworth
"..there are two things we have announced ... obviously the repayment of the only debt that the company had.. the board would have approved the repayment of the debt without this private placing happening..and for a number of reasons really. As previously reported less than 2 weeks ago when we did a podcast: we reported a reasonably healthy cash position of £1.15 million at the end of our first period so cash is in a healthy position...the ability to settle this debt at an attractive price of below 25p in the pound, the board considered that this was a good decision and the right outcome for shareholders making the business debt-free. We would have done it in isolation. We would have done it without any private placing or fundraise.

Justin Waite
"..so how is this accepted: 25p in the pound seems like a good deal: why did he accept that?

Andy Hollingworth
"..I think it was a moment in time. We were not obliged in any way, shape or form to repay that debt. The terms of that debt were for a minimum of 3 years which was non-interest bearing and then only at a time when the Toople board considered the company in a position to fulfill or repay the debt. So I think it worked for both parties. I think it was extreme value to the business in settling at less than 25p and I think extreme value to the shareholders in terms of being able to make the company debt-free, strengthen the cash position that was already healthy, it just worked for both people. I can't speak about the individual obviously and their personal situation in why they settled at that amount but it's good for us and I think it's good for shareholders.

A merger rather than a takeover.
