Bibs. It's incredibly stupid how the stock market and investors can destroy the share price of a company with such positive growth. Your grand daughter might be able to retire at eighteen. !!!

350k is mine...in December when the finals get released then the share price will be at least double these levels..ideally I would like to be holding the same amount as I had previously.

Acquisitions? Read the rns statements. Also..use your eyes to read the graph that tells you that you can now buy nine months of 10% a month growth for nothing. Courtesy of a fund raise that improved the companies prospects.

Patience needed here, business is now a growth story playing out. As a lth I still consider the possibility of another fund raise perhaps wrapped up in an acquisition but the next 12 months will be transformational imo dyor ofc.

Hoping for an update tomorrow

It would be tomorrow if they were still doing monthly updates. We know how April did with a record 600+ customers and 900+ orders. It has already been indicated that May looks set to beat April. Toople are increasing rapidly and wholesale will be re-gaining traction.

I am more interested in the next step change which will be June/July when enhanced digital marketing takes effect. Toople have stated that this is the intention. So a monthly update for May is irrelevant. It's June / July where the focus should be.

I think we can now be certain that we will not be updated on progress on a monthly basis. We are therefore likely to drift until results or a significant deal is announced. Problem is, we have waited almost a year since the last significant deal.

Hi kazoom the quotes are from the Turner Pope presentation. It means that BT will no longer be taking orders for those legacy products This creates disruption in the market and Toople is positioned to take advantage of the disruption caused.

Hi 2mex - do you have a link for those quotes as I'm sure I am missing the context there.

Are you (or AH) suggesting that is BT will no longer take new orders for ISDN that Toople will suddenly sell lots of ISDN?

I hope the argument is something different as there is there are several huge flaws in that.

Andy Hollingworth, CEO

"..what Ofcom have said to BT is that : "by 2025 you must have shut down the old copper network"

"They (BT) will stop taking orders from 2020. What that means is that all those old telephone systems that are out there, all of those ISDN circuits - of which there are millions and millions in the UK, have to find an alternative source of supply between 2020 and 2025."

"...the opportunity for Toople is massive. We have built Toople on the next generation platform...we are well placed to take advantage of that market."

"..We are already seeing that customers are now starting to pro-actively move ahead of the changes and ahead of the shutdown. I think it is a significant opportunity for Toople and others."

Toople offer 3 packages for Telephony:
3 phones - £42 per month
5 phones - £70 per month
10 phones - £140 per month

Re the £3.5million contract: the revenue started in 19H2. It is accretive but there is a lot of weight going into the revenue from the start. I estimate that there will be approx. 1500 - 2000 customers added.

On March22nd, Andy H made reference that (in March) already 400 customers had been booked in from the telephony estate migration. The "second batch of 200" had just been added to billing list.

Applying an average customer order of 5 phones

Revenue increase for Toople would be 400*£70*12months = £336K pa. That's just from 400 customers.

Andy said that the wholesaler would also be looking to white label Toople's broadband into these customers. If 100% converted to Toople broadband, the revenue could be around £500K pa - just from 400 customers.

At the time of the contract win, Andy said he expected the contract value over 3 years to be AT LEAST £3.5 million.

He said he expected to hear more over the coming weeks and months and likely did.... but variation increase in order size may have been gradual / incremental and hence (again as with partners being added recently) did not get a news release.

Warren Buffett said that as an investor, it is wise to be “Fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.”

Time and again, the value investor has used this philosophy to pounce on opportunities.

The "SE Reseller multi sites high street" contract looks significant.

23 Aug 2018 - SE Reseller contract - Upgrade of two National High Street Retail Chains

The contract will have taken time to implement but should now be building into the revenue.

It is a migration of 2 high street nationals. Consider some high street national branch numbers:
Boots 2500 branches
WHSmith 1600 branches
Poundland 500 branches
Clinton Cards 360 branches
Next 500 branches
Monsoon and Accessorize 1400 branches
Toolstation 300 branches
Wilko 413 branches
etc

how much could this contract be worth?

I have used "300 branches" each for the 2 national retailers in the "Low" estimate
I have used "400 branches" each for the 2 national retailers in the "Medium" estimate

Just as an example, 2 x 300 x £500pa => £300,000 revenue

It could be substantially more …
For example 2 x 1000 x £500pa => £1,000,000 revenue.

Toople will currently have 12,000+ customers and about £1.25million cash available. Toople is debt-free.

Andy Hollingworth, CEO
"So you want to invest in something, but you want to invest in something secure and you know where the revenue is... and is future trackable
and that's what we are as Toople as a real business."

The share price has floundered because there is no news. I was hoping for a monthly update of record sales, but I guess they decided not to keep us informed.

I fear the share price will continue to fall. The market for TOOPLE shares is the PI, and they follow the news. No news means they will sell and try for gains in other small caps that are generating news.

Combined with a flurry of negative TP scores, I am not best pleased with management at the moment.
