Yet another one added ..20 minutes ago. there has been eighteen over a five day period with a run of four poor ones included. But I would imagine that this is probrably as good as you can get with the variables that are in the mixing pot. However 18 reviews in five days.....that's at least four months worth. Take up looks to have really accelerated...and as value is in its customer base and the incremental revenue to lower the losses it looks like a great scenario building...

Reviews looking good, more reviews means increasing orders ...more review completed now than for the past few months, sign of getting traction and brand becoming well recognised!

Trust pilot....the score has suddenly gone from 146 to 163. There is still posts that want to do the maximum amount of damage and are not a problem if they do not have a customer reference no..the last review looks to be a deliberate nasty. Nearly all the latest additions are very good though and the sudden step change in the amount of reviews is very encouraging. It would normally take four months to get that many...

MM probably needed the share price much lower to balance their books

You mention when share price went to .59.
Tried to sell @ lower- about .53 and got no trade constantly.
So I suspect very few were able to sell .
Only my experience.

Bob

MM do drop the price to make up an order but normally its because the MM were short when the share price went upto .59 and they will try and balance their books and bring the share price down to scare weak holders out, and once this as been achieved they will then let the share price rise which is hopefully about to happen this week,

Good decision...fwiw ..mms ..the way they make their market I.e dropping the price to fill an order...and that normally happens after good news and literally wipes out the good news has led to a shortism by investors who no longer want to be exposed to the whims of the mms and the markets. Hence the toople share price drop from 0.56p to 0.36p on the bid. And that was on good news!!. However for 0.38p you can buy Toople for 0.8p above a discounted share price that took place last August. Month upon month of record business signed and virtually nothing added to the price. May will be another record month and contracts are kicking in. No one knows how much business is being signed above the 250k that began the start of the record business being signed in October. There is a good chance that it is still around 10% of market cap!!. Incremental revenues will now be feeding through and start to accelerate...at these Levels backed up by record business being signed and revenues starting to feed through buying at these levels is a no brainer. It's now six months to the finals and the finals will also see some of the 3.5m contract included.... The share to double from here before the results...the figures will wipe out the market stupidity..

Just for the record, adding more this week as I see it, this is hugely undervalued and still off most people's radar,Marmie

100% agree there chestnuts. Andy H, CEO has volunteered to halve his salary to £60K. This is personal. He is focused on success and is more excited than he has ever been. That is saying something when you look at his time at Talktalk.

One thing i know about people is that the most successful ones dont do it for the money they do it because they can and the money comes because of this. So not sure Andy would want to sell the company.

Until recently, I had Daisy Group as the most likely future buyer of Toople.

..but now:

From the TalkTalk site:
"..(TalkTalk Business) As the value champion in the B2B market we aim to double the size of TalkTalk Business by growing its presence in the small business market.."

TalkTalk are looking to grow substantially.

I gained some information - there is still a link to TalkTalk. Toople are using TalkTalk lines.

Scenario:
(1) ex-talktalk director independently builds a large customer base.
(2) Toople have working relation link with TalkTalk.
(3) Toople's customers are on TalkTalk lines.
(4) At 19H1 interims, ex-talktalk director mentions "Over time we believe we will have a role to play in this M&A activity"
(5) TalkTalk Business wish to expand...and how convenient: a large SME customer base comes up for sale - and the customers are already on TalkTalk lines.

In fact ff2345's observations are so good, here they are again:

(poster: ff2345)
If I were tidying up the business for sale or merger activity, what would I do.....

- Remove low margin legacy contracts (done)
- Increase gross margin (done)
- Reduce threat of bad debts (done - see note on reducing risk in the Interims)
- Beef up the sales team (done - new sales manager)
- Increase sales (done - record April)
- Increase market awareness (done - Uswitch)
- Increase industry awareness (done - now used as a reference point)
- Have management team used to corporate action (done - Chairman and Finance director with Cybit)
- Mention in the results that you will be part of M and A activity!!!

Well done 2mex...he cannot use his posts on Tottenham as a cv....very unpleasant. Also..i hope there is not a reason for the recent unpleasant arrivals. Keep up the good work...ps..I think ff2345,s post has stirred things up...it really is spot on...

Known troll. I recall 12bn pointing out andy pipkin as another avatar. Same person posting.
The same thing was happening on the MRS thread. Same "people" (person).

Investrip is one of a small handful of posters from the LSE site (assuming the different ID's on there are indeed different people, which is questionable given the endless array of multiple logins for the same person on the other thread on here) that has posted relentlessly negatively about TOOP for as long as i can recall whilst also claiming to be a shareholder. If indeed he/she is a holder as claimed, i can only assume it's from a much higher entry point much earlier in the company's development, and therefore currently underwater and embittered about it, given the recent spike in the share price to more than double the lows of the last 9 months or so. Never a positive word to say, always negativity and criticism. Draw your own conclusions.
