21/5/2019 09:40 | According to LSE, the NMS is 200k. | realcooltrader
21/5/2019 09:35 | seems strange they don't want a million at .41 ,but take 500k at .415 | trjones2
21/5/2019 09:31 | trjones2,my information may be out of date but fill or kill trades at the full bid/offer prices must be filled IF they are within the NMS (Normal Market Size) or the relevant bid/offer price must be pulled. You will need to find out what the NMS is and then put a fill or kill trade in with a quantity below the NMS. | 12bn
21/5/2019 09:20 | KAV Some nice words in the morning note from the highly respected mining analyst John Meyer at share price Angel ref: LSE:KAV / www.kavangoresources Kavango Resources (KAV LN) 3.6p, Mkt Cap £5.7m – Laws of probability to be rewritten after Kavango strikes mineralisation in first and second drill holes under Karoo sand in Botswana Kavango, which is exploring for a large-scale bushveld igneous-type mineralisation reports results from a second drill hole in Botswana. The team which are highly experienced in the geology of the region have used geophysical data and remote sensing to establish drilling locations. Remarkably, the first drill hole hit mineralisation under the sandy Karoo sediments Even more remarkably the second drill hole is reported to have also hit mineralisation including copper in chalcopyrite with a 1.5% XRF gun reading. X-Ray Frequency gun readings are not considered to be reliable due to their potential for miss-reporting but we do place some value on the readings when in the honorable hands of Messrs. Foster and Moles. The first drill hole hit a 200m zone of intensely altered rock with indicative cobalt values of up to 0.9%, averaging 0.2% cobalt and >70m of elevated copper, zinc, lead and nickel values. Conclusion: Kavango is worth watching and we await results from drill core assays. While we never doubted the skill of the geological team we are surprised and impressed to see two sets of mineralised results in so short a time frame. Well done team! | cpap man
21/5/2019 09:14 | 2731. That's promising for some of us. | bobdown2
21/5/2019 09:13 | thought I would get the ball rolling | ashtree2
21/5/2019 09:11 | 1 million fill or kill this morn at .41 failed twice | trjones2
21/5/2019 09:09 | standard trade report deadline as close to real-time as technically possible and, in any event within: (a) one minute of the relevant transaction for shares, depositary receipts, exchange traded funds, certificates and other similar financial instruments, as set out in the parameters; or (b) fifteen minutes of the relevant transaction for bonds or structured finance products as set out in the parameters//////// It looks like the 3 min rule is now 1 min imo but anyway you can usually spot a rollover by the slight difference in prices which is caused by the MMs taking their cut for doing the deal. Anyway if the trades are 10 mins apart,(like yesterday) then they are not a rollover. | 12bn
21/5/2019 09:04 | Good...very positive. There now looks to be more holding for the long term. A nice rise yesterday and no profit taking. The multiples of this shareprice available later and the steady rate of progression makes this a no brainer... | bobdown2
21/5/2019 09:02 | You could be right fatnacker, this was all I could find plus a mention that trades should be shown within 1 min,I will post that later.//////Roll over trading When conducting a roll over trade or a sale and buyback, member firms should consider the volume of business that these trades account for, relative to the daily market turnover in the security. Member firms should ensure that they have adequate procedures in place to monitor this activity and controls to prevent customers circumventing these by using different methods to deal, such as opening a position by telephone whilst at the same time closing another using one of the member firm's web based systems. Where these trades are conducted in less liquid securities, the market may see inflated turnover in the security which is actually only a customer buying and selling the same position. Undertaking such sale and buyback trades, in addition to the regular rolling of trades, could give a false or misleading impression to the market and the Exchange may consider this to fall under general conduct rules 1400. | 12bn
21/5/2019 08:57 | What's up only one trade showing this morning. It's like price been frozen. | mam fach
21/5/2019 08:56 | Rule changes 12bn | fatnacker
21/5/2019 08:50 | fatnacker, the LSE 3 min rule was in force years ago what makes you think it is no longer in force? | 12bn
21/5/2019 07:18 | A nice scenario now. Modest but growing amounts of direct debit revenue being added on a monthly basis as the record months that started last October kick in. The contract from the south east retailer is out performing and there is a posible 100% extra value there. The 3.5m contract will start to arrive into the system and is an unknown but if it performs like the other contract that could be all the growth that toople need. But we still have record amounts of business arriving. For investors all we have to do now is monitor and wait. Customer numbers will decide the final payout but it is how quickly the revenues build in the short term. Ffwitw...I am very pleased so far and the straightforward busines model and revenue build up should stop some of the volatility whilst waiting... | bobdown2
20/5/2019 19:05 | In the interims....As per the placing.....11.09.20 | bobdown2
20/5/2019 15:19 | Jungmana is correct, the LSE has rules for rollovers and they have to be done within 3 mins of each other but usually they are done very quickly, sometimes seconds apart. They are usually top end (one of the trades on the offer) or bottom end (one of the trades on the bid). Nice to see Toople bouncing today. | 12bn
20/5/2019 14:55 | Sell is 0.39 on IG . The 1.31M orders could be two buys. | yasharsad
20/5/2019 13:56 | the 1,138960 trade is not a rollover. anyway the persons loss. good luck to them | jungmana
20/5/2019 12:59 | Some crazy punters out there. Buy 1.138m and sell it a few minutes later at a loss. Hold for a a few months an you should double your money | jungmana
20/5/2019 12:54 | You are right it was hysteria last week. Talk of 10p+ - did us no favours. Back down to earth now. | mam fach
20/5/2019 12:49 | Now brainless hysteria has died down then perhaps the focus can get back to what was a very positive RNS recently | molatovkid
20/5/2019 12:24 | TOOP TOOP!! | rathean
20/5/2019 11:55 | Higher highs and higher lows, certainly seems to be the start of an uptrend after months of drifting along almost flatlining. One of NY Boy's tips a couple of months back, STX, has more than doubled in that time with a solid uptrend, hopefully a similar scenario will unfold here. | azuli |
