I think you mean when we capture 0.5%, followed by 1%, 2%, etc. Its 'when' not 'if'. Toop are steadily taking customers from BT, etc.

Ben, check out hottingup's latest valuation calculations in his heading.KCom had 5% of the SME market, same as Toop's target, and was just taken over for £504m cash but also had £108m net debt effectively meaning the buyer would have paid £108m more without the debt, so the true value of KCom for 5% is £612m, or £122m per 1%.So roll on the £600m+ Toop takeover.

Previous peaks tend to be new lows until it settles. Nothing unusual, just a transfer of money from the impatient to the patient.

At 16.28 a 3.5m buy went through on the 0.4p offer.....just before the share price dropped another 0.01p. It's turned very nasty after some reasonable results.. I think the share price might trade sideways from here and consolodate....

The 3.5m contract initial phase is migration of a telephony estate. In March at least 2 batches of 200 customers were reported migrated. There is revenue weight from end of March ie. Starting into 19H2.

Sep800, the 3.5m contract started in March 2019. The billing for the first batch of 200 customers had only just been set up in that month. The 3.5m revenue start would not have appeared in 19H1 results. Its documented and has been from the beginning when the contract was signed.

I also think being the downturn of the share price was that the CEO did not clarify the £3.5M revenue over the next 3 years. We had expected these figures to be partially brought forward in the interims but there is no mention.
The only possible reason is that this contract provides extremely low margins and possible losses hence his reply, I have copied from the interview.
If this is the case then yes the Markets are still awaiting better revenue results.
Can anyone here expand on this issue ? Do this means large business contract are no longer being pursued ?

Copied from Interviewee's
Q2: I did notice that your numbers show a decrease in wholesale revenue, is this something that investors should be concerned about?
A2: No, not at all. That’s been an intended result of our strategy to move away from a few legacy wholesale contracts that we had prior to floatation which typically deliver low margin in terms of the revenue side of things but also obviously presents a higher debtor risk when you’re working on really really low margins.
As I say, all of those contracts were in place prior to the company coming to market 3 years ago, it’s always been our strategy to exit ourselves from those agreements. Our strategy going forward with our partnership agreements is to be extremely selective about the agreements we enter into. They’ve got to deliver the right gross margins for the business.
So, no, to be expected and completely comfortable it is a result of our strategic intent.

Definitely, but AH also said 3 -5 years for 5% a couple of months back which makes me think there’s more than 1 strategy in play here.

Surely as they said they are performing in line with or exceding expectations, the digital marketing strategy must also be at least delivering as expected. Afterall they are signing up more customers month on month. Just let them get on with it. The share price will catch up at some point.

Guessing here but if there is a fund raise at some point it will be for an acquisition. No way are they going to be sold this early into a growth plan. I think the 5% is a real tangible plan and the digital marketing strategy will get them there but it will take longer so they will also buy smaller companies.

Without looking at it...probably the years of its managements experience...the CEO has over 20 years...experienced and respected..it was through his previous contact that we got the 3.5m contract.. that contract is worth best part of the current m.c...nice.

OK, so the results and interview confirm this is an exciting growth proposed. The change in language about cash going forwards is a clear signal that there will be a fund raise before they become self-funding. My estimate is q4 2019 but I also expect it to be priced higher than the current share price Still a very happy holder, TWs comments yesterday were based on wafer thin analysis, the current monthly run rate is looking good and increasing monthly. All imo dyor ofc.
