18/5/2019 08:41 | What catalysts to expect between now and next results in your views, please? And full Yr aspirations? Cheers | mr.oz
18/5/2019 08:35 | Completely agree. TOOP are far too cheap at this price and are very exposed to a low bid offer. I don't think it will come though because they are very small fry, but if the next set of results come in on the up side there could be danger of that happening. Let's hope not, and for them to grow to 3-5% of the SME market,Marmie | marmiesz
18/5/2019 08:05 | Id rather have a placing than be taken out now by daisy group. Toople needs another year or two to grow. | lukehold
18/5/2019 06:55 | Loose change to Daisy, wouldn't be at all surprised to see a bid out of the blue. | azuli
17/5/2019 22:29 | 2mex To me going down the path of selling out is not for me i would rather wait another 3 yrs and have a 100 bagger Did you see my post about connecting my router for toople i am very pleased a heck of alot better than ee much faster and the whole change from EE to toople was very simple and easy. Are you pleased with Toople | chestnuts
17/5/2019 21:30 | Ben, good post. Toople are fast-tracking the retail. If they took their foot off the gas the costs and admin would immediately reduce. The aim of cash flow positive is for maintained working capital to sustain the business and also grow it. Note that there is an earlier point of inflection where (with foot off the gas) the cash generation sustains working capital but with reduced capital for use in growth. In that scenario growth can be still be achieved via new partners and wholesale contracts at new preferred gross margin. So the customer base would still grow. The longer a company is around, the more its brand awareness grows. So as well an increase in customers, Toople are building a brand thus generating more value. All the time, Toople's customer base is increasing...and so is the Toople brand. Daisy Group is looking to make acquisitions. It has £1 billion in re-financing. Daisy wants more SME customers. Toople has SME customers and a growing brand. | 2mex
17/5/2019 21:02 | benjammith 17 May '19 - 20:33 - 4701 of 4704 0 1 0 Another interesting point no one seems to have raised. If we were to stop signing customers and keep the administration levels(which wouldnt be needed if we werent advertising)as is, we would effectively be cash generating over the next few months with a healthy profit. The only reason we are still burning through cash is because the business is trying to grow. Otherwise we are profitable. | 2mex
17/5/2019 20:42 | Higher highs and higher lows, hopefully see a bounce back northwards next week. Any chart specialists got a view at the moment? | azuli
17/5/2019 12:23 | 1 million at .38 is my daughter's Buy.Didn't think we'd pick them up below .4p TBH.Just feels too cheap. | bibs
17/5/2019 09:56 | I think we are going to bubble about here for sometime unless we get some significant news. Very good investment at this level for new investors. | jungmana
17/5/2019 09:42 | Happy days for Toop holders. | top tips
17/5/2019 09:32 | Each 1% of the UK SME market gained by Toop equates to 12.9p to 15p on Toop's share price valuation, the target is to get 5% by 2023 or sooner, and they are performing in line or better than management expectations. Those are pretty compelling reasons to buy Toop shares. | city chappy
17/5/2019 09:30 | @Luke - Chrome for me but was on a loan laptop with IE. For me they should optimise for all browsers... If you were a potential customer and had the experience I did you would go somewhere else. Hopefully they will address this. | the3for2
17/5/2019 07:40 | Been away for a few days ,I connected my toople rooter last night very easy instructions and my broadband with EE was very sticky and slow but now it’s amazing I am very pleased and 25% cheaper, toople will do amazingly well if it continues with the current sevice.what toople needs now is some very good marketing to get there name known, I wonder if Andy likes hot air ballooning | chestnuts
17/5/2019 02:19 | 2mex Thanks for highlighting this confusing part of the £3.5m contract | sep800
16/5/2019 23:41 | just looked at the other thread - ive not got involved for quite a while and forgotten hoe tedious they can get | ragnarr
16/5/2019 22:40 | Here is some info on the 3.5m contract: Toople offer 3 packages for Telephony: 3 phones - £42 per month 5 phones - £70 per month 10 phones - £140 per month Re the 3.5m contract that kicked off during the final month of 19H1. Andy H made reference that already 400 customers had been booked in from the telephony estate migration. The "second batch of 200" has just been added to billing list. Applying an average customer order of 5 phones Revenue increase for Toople would be 400*£70*12mont Andy said that the wholesaler would also be looking to white label Toople's broadband into these customers. If 100% converted to Toople broadband, the revenue could be around £500K pa - from those 400 customers. At the time of the contract win, Andy said he expected the contract value over 3 years to be AT LEAST £3.5 million. He said he expected to hear more over the coming weeks and months and likely did.... but variation increase in order size may have been gradual / incremental and hence (again as with partners being added recently) did not get a news release. | 2mex
16/5/2019 22:36 | Sep800, following the earlier post today, the low margin legacy business was axed and new partners took up the slack..but the point you made was about the £3.5 million contract. So, just to confirm, its revenue would not have appeared in 19H1 results. It will weigh in quickly into 19H2 because the first phase involves telephony estate migration. | 2mex
16/5/2019 21:30 | "..Toople PLC now seen as a major disruptor in the SME telecommunications space.." A major disruptor because Toople can buy the same service, add 30% and still undercut the incumbent. Toople are now being used as a benchmark by a carrier. For a competitor: Option 1: Lower prices - a price war that hurts everyone (not going to happen) Option 2: Buy out Toople (or hope someone does) Andy Hollingworth came into this knowing an end game. | 2mex
16/5/2019 21:12 | Ben, agreed Toople is ridiculously undervalued. | 2mex |
