Zac leads with this being a clean sand process with an oil bi-product. Sand it seems
is way more valuable and has the "green" clean up of the area element. DF

3 exploration wells being drilled, each taking about 2 days to drill.

Permit applications then submitted for an initial 5 production wells.

It will take about 1 week from drilling to operational on the production wells.

2 of the 3 exploration wells will be further drilled to become 2 of the initial 5 production wells.

Once the production wells become operational, it takes about 7-10 days for the oil to begin to flow.

All 5 production wells to be operational by June/July.

I believe all 3 will be drilled within a week. They are relatively straight forward to basically obtain the down hole data. 2 will then be used as production wells as we progress.

3 wells each about a week and the findings of each well will be sassed within the week windows, so id say 4 to five weeks and we will know what is down hole over the 3 drill area

The drilling of these exploration wells is now scheduled to start in early March 2022.

Do we have any figures for the running costs of the lower oil extraction.
Each well is suppose to deliver is it 100 bopd and they plan is it 25 wells.

Also, you don't know what the oil price might be in 2+ years. Maybe higher or a lot lower. The quicker they can sell oil at the current high price the better.

You can't build a business guessing what the share price might do. They are attempting to build something bigger here. That takes time and money.

Also if the plant has to have a 55 day shutdown for full maintenance then the deeper play will still be bringing in the cash.

This is TOM and it douse not play out like you would think.
Is it better to have many avenues of income or just one?

But for the placing we'd still be waiting for the term sheet .. Our Sp would be between 0.7p and 0.8p .. term sheet arrives share price goes to 1.5p plus and investors take up the warrants at 0.8p and 0.9p and TOMco have 5 Mill in the bank. Simples.

And have extra income from the drill holes, so I would opt for production this year with the drills than have t await another 2 years for the 5000 a day production.

Cash coming in while the plant id being constructed is the way forward.

Ok but what happens in the 18months whilst building the plant? I'm simply saying that by investing in these aim companies you have to accept dilution until they reach a revenue stream. Tomco is now closing in on a few. If they succeed with the deeper play then 100b a day x (up to 25 wells) will be transformational in itself. Dilution will soon he forgotten/forgiven.
