16/2/2022 11:59 | Hi Stewy .. No we'd have just arranged the funding for the 5k a day sand producing plant. | ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:57 | Ducky, correct, If we did nothing then we'd need less dilution. Bit pointless though eh? | stuart little
16/2/2022 11:44 | 0.635p to buy. | ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:44 | If we weren't drilling these exploration wells we would not have needed the placing. I wonder [in hindsight] whether these additional wells were a good idea for our share price. | ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:33 | As it is separate it make the co a more exciting play. And with the plant having so many takeoff angles it is a master stroke by Tom to be in this position. | vauch
16/2/2022 11:32 | yes makes sense!!! Step by step prove the model!!! | joeblogg2
16/2/2022 11:31 | Te finance is nothing to do with the drills it is a separate thing | vauch
16/2/2022 11:30 | The exploration wells scheduled for early March are funded. The following production wells will need further funds. | stuart little
16/2/2022 11:28 | Is the finance dependant on the drills coming up or can happen without? | joeblogg2
16/2/2022 11:24 | Ahhh just gone up and they now want 0.647p for a buy. Sell price unchanged 0.62p and 0.65p | ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:22 | Hi JB .. You can with IG its 0.622p sell and 0.6348p buy for 1 mill. Quoted price 0.62p and 0.63p | ducky fuzz
16/2/2022 11:22 | Enough news out already to push us higher. Just wish management could keep to timelines. This after all the years is the opportunity we have been waiting for? | zooskeeper
16/2/2022 11:18 | Not getting an online quote to buy , so hopefully will be moving higher soon?? | joeblogg2
16/2/2022 11:04 | breaking news ???? | rmart
15/2/2022 22:58 | Not a bad little sideline;) | ajj2003
15/2/2022 22:19 | The La La's cannot help themselves. They don't even read the propaganda they refer to. They still think they are looking for $145m of finance. TOM's own (likely understated) cashflow forecast calls for $175m of funding !! The deluded, ranted on long enough about $110m whilst we told them it had to be $150m Since TOM has already accepted $175m and knows any plant would be years away (so add in CPI at 7% +) that figure is now going to be $200m Add some contingency But of course if you were TOM you would want to convince a lender you could get away with less , after all if you were into them for $m's what choice would they have later ? Lend more or you will never get it back. There is the problem - lenders have $100's millions of losses at PQE and before to look at and decide whether they would ever get it back.... | fenners66
15/2/2022 21:08 | The numbers from PQE on sand alone is staggering. capable of yielding 6,000 tons of sand per day or 1,860,000 tons per year (based on 310 operating days per year and operating 24 hours per day), and that silica flour is postulated to be 15 percent of the saleable product, fracking quality sand 55 percent, and bulk sand 30 percent. The economic forecast is based on 20 years of sales from such a 5,000 bpd operation, following two years for construction and start-up of the extraction plant and sands processing facility and related infrastructure. The cash flow analysis was run on a pre-income tax basis, at discount rates of 0.0, 7.5 and 15 percent; the results show potential economic benefit in the base case of a Net Present Value (NPV) of $1,285, $602, and $341 million, respectively. | vauch
15/2/2022 16:26 | Right now the expected cash flows are being reduced by 90 odd % before being run through a theoretical npv model to give the current SP Once finance is agreed what will be the risk reduction % applied to the expected cash flows ...to take account of Build issues , production issues etc ?? We wait and see ... But the share price should be well north of here | jaynealex
15/2/2022 16:21 | Those numbers , equate to a price alot higher than your 6p number Rmart | jaynealex
15/2/2022 16:09 | that is what i said Ducky. "The rise here will be crazy once the finance is secured." | rmart
15/2/2022 15:57 | rmart .. Our share price will never take off till we get the $145 Mill funding. | ducky fuzz
15/2/2022 15:56 | look at the figures for the 5000bopd plant !, incredible and yet TOM still site at £10m market cap !. The rise here will be crazy once the finance is secured. "The cash flow analysis was run on a pre-income tax basis, at discount rates of 0.0, 7.5 and 15 percent; the results show potential economic benefit in the base case of a Net Present Value (NPV) of $1,285, $602, and $341 million, respectively. The base case cash flow used a selling price of $40 per ton for the unprocessed dry, clean by-product sand. Q4 Impact provided market sale price analysis to arrive at a reasonable selling price for the cash flow forecast. Broadlands notes the economic model and base case numbers may not be realized due to market factors." | rmart
15/2/2022 11:37 | RMART Trying to sort out these agreements almost single handed is a mega job for even the most experienced people. You cannot hold JP to deadlines in this regard - it could be months. As said the audited accounts when completed will give clues about the open issues, especially the funding arrangements. SL is quite right and it is best for everyone to take a cautious and relaxed attitude. If JP can pull off the deal / deals it really will be a mega achievement. But the success may lie well in the future so the BOD have to have an interim strategy to keep all balls in play. | lopodop |
