17/2/2022 08:22 | Talais do you have some PQE? | vauch
17/2/2022 08:20 | Poor Vauch Friday or Monday! Which Friday or Monday? These things take time, sometimes a very long time or never. So be cautious with your optimism - many hurdles to get over or go around. It is to be hoped BOD has alternative plan should these heads not materialise. This is a very long term project as PETROTEQ experienced - hopefully drillings proceed apace which seems doable. | lopodop

16/2/2022 19:52 | Chad in Canada it is even more to clean up | vauch
16/2/2022 19:50 | When I say dirty it has to be thinned to remove from lower well but may also seep through ground when thinner. As for the upper level it is all contained so no chance of contamination, | vauch
16/2/2022 19:42 | I’ve read somewhere that the Utah authorities estimated that the clean up of the oil sands could be around one billion dollars, therefore could part of the blended funding be them, very possible, as this is what blended funding is all about. | chadwick123
16/2/2022 19:21 | 16 Feb '22 - 16:42 - 25773 of 25790 Depends. as they ae using two subsidiaries, one for the dirty oil and the other for sand extraction. There is no 'dirty oil though'. The Greenfield subsidiary that will be operating the in-situ wells extraction programme is called AC Oil LLC, AC standing for Alternative Carbon. The Carbon Dioxide that will be pumped into the wells as part of the process to achieve flowing oil to extract, will be staying in the ground, it is not taken back out. This means that all oil produced by the wells will be Carbon negative. Greenfield will be sourcing Carbon Dioxide by-product from other industries in Utah to inject into the wells. The whole process is very green and ticks all the boxes for being eco-friendly. | damac
16/2/2022 19:16 | Many thanks for the update Damac | chadwick123
16/2/2022 19:06 | Chadwick beat me to it. Though the bottom 2 on that list have now expired giving the total from the top 3 as 576,013,888 warrants in issue. However the Tomco website currently states that there are 586,755,122 in issue. The discrepancy may be down to an error on my part in noting down warrants when they were issued, I'd need to check back. So, by my reckoning, the only warrants in issue are as follows, and all of them due to expire this year: 388,888,888 warrants at an exercise price of 0.9p for a period of 2 years from 30.11.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £3,500,000 183,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.8p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £1,464,000 Turner Pope – 4,125,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.4p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £16,500 | damac
16/2/2022 18:26 | This was a list of the warrants a while back, but I think some have been exercised 388,888,888 warrants at an exercise price of 0.9p for a period of 2 years from 30.11.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £3,500,000 183,000,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.8p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £1,464,000 Turner Pope – 4,125,000 warrants at an exercise price of 0.4p for a period of 2 years from 08.07.20 - Potential value to Tomco = £16,500 71,153,846 warrants at an exercise price of 1.5p for a period of 2 years from 10.12.19 - Potential value to Tomco = £1,067,307 Turner Pope - 8,538,462 warrants at an exercise price of 0.65p for a period of 2 years from 10.12.19 - Potential value to Tomco = £55,500 | chadwick123
16/2/2022 18:14 | i think Damac once put a full list of the warrants up. Can we have it again? | rmart
16/2/2022 17:57 | There is a July deadline (a real deadline!) on the first so they could be turned for a small profit before they are lost, should the price get .85 and above. Imo | stuart little
16/2/2022 17:35 | the share price will have to be steady at around 1.7p for people to cash the 0.8s in and nearer 2p for the 0.9s. It wont really matter. The share price will go to where the true market cap should be. If they get the funding and start construction then it transforms the company. SP will be nowhere near here even when Valkor get their 29% (which they wont be selling until a take out like Petroteq). | rmart |
