11/2/2022 09:14 | Stewy .. I wouldn't mind if their posts were more balanced. Do they not realize that they could have bought TOMco 2-3 weeks ago at 0.45p and sold it today at 0.67p and made around 50% profit. They are watching as much as we are, surely if they knew what they were talking about they'd have bought. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 09:13 | SL Your comments re refinery may be 100% WRONG. As you say information is thin and why do you think this is. Perhaps JP believes you will buy into it. Be very vary - JP is under pressure to deliver. | lopodop
11/2/2022 09:09 | Looks like they are having to put some graft in on the "nothing better to do thread". Both filtered now unfortunately.,. | stuart little
11/2/2022 09:06 | DF SL is making assumptions - he doesn't know - a lot of whys arise and if it seems too good etc etc. It may be a decoy whilst so many issues are open. | lopodop
11/2/2022 09:06 | The RNS says "scheduled to be demolished" so we know they had no plan to use it , that they had discounted it as rubbish. Now an unnamed party , white knight if you like , rolls up with a "plan" to use it, but 2 years to commit to it or lose the lease. It can be the perfect fudge. The potential opportunity to gain $3 a barrel lends the idea that after all the land may be useful , whilst at the same time the only actual commitment we are aware of is $10k a month. The finance cost on the initial deposit would be $51k a month from May let alone the balance of $16m. The alternative financing that had been talked about was a 3rd party - Valkor ?- financing both the balance of the land (at 28%) and the drilling. Now we are told "drilling of the exploration wells in March, utilising some of the proceeds from our recently completed placing" So the goalposts have moved substantially. I have asked why Valkor would be charitable and do everything for TOM when they have their own land to drill. La La's said they are mates there is a partnership. There are not. There is an arms length commercial relationship - they are not a charity and TOM is now going to fund its own exploration drills. But goalposts are always moving with TOM. | fenners66

11/2/2022 09:02 | Hi Vauch are those porta loos .. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 09:00 | Also Ducky when we are producing we wont have to truck our oil for refining as it is on our doorstep, cutting the loos of revenue in transporting it. | vauch
11/2/2022 08:59 | Ducky it's already there!!! Last time I'm saying that. | stuart little
11/2/2022 08:58 | because the main structure is there and it is permited, licenced etc etc meaning a few yrs saved ducky. | rmart
11/2/2022 08:57 | TICKING UP , coming out of auction up again. | rmart
11/2/2022 08:57 | I don't really understand why this third party don't lease some land and build the refinery. Why do they need to build it on TS2 land ... | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 08:56 | And the refinery is already there. We don't know in what state of repair but I'm sure the potential tenants have surveyed it.... | stuart little
11/2/2022 08:55 | oops WILSON2, UP WE GO AGAIN. lopodop, fenners66, thediddymen, ace ventura, wilson2 Anyone dropping in here please take note, the above posters have been trashing tomco for years. They will NEVER accept tomco is moving forward. Totally biased and a crazy daily deramping gang. | rmart
11/2/2022 08:55 | Not that I'm aware. But the facts are thin. We don't have any financial commitment to it in my opinion. It's all down to the renter. They have 2 years to get it to work costing them $10k a month or walk away. If it works then $3 royalty to TSH2. Yes a lot of money. Would john do that deal without being uber confident of banking the 90% of TSH2? For which he needs funding closure.... | stuart little
11/2/2022 08:54 | Did I read Middle of February ... That's Monday. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 08:54 | "The tenant intends to develop a 10,000 barrels of oil per day refinery on the site and under the terms of the lease has two years in which to do so without potentially forfeiting the lease. " the tenant, not us. | rmart
11/2/2022 08:53 | The most recent interview (in header) JP states that they are working with 2 potential funders for the project and he is expecting to receive a "BINDING" term sheet within the next couple of weeks. That interview was 8 days ago. So hopefully next week. | rmart
11/2/2022 08:51 | DF You rightly ask about the lessor's obligation - JP says nothing so can it be assumed there is no obligation? How old is the refinery, was it ever used, is it in a state of delapidation, etc etc? - better to build a new refinery. Is the first time it has been mentioned - bit strange! Any pictures of this discovery. Are there other 'assets' on site? This is the problem with JP - he writes down what will please investors and clearly he knows it works. The two CA's on the bridge should inform him that many investors on board the ship are more interested in the whole picture. | lopodop
11/2/2022 08:47 | Hi Stewy .. But TOMco get $3 a barrel so in the rns they are talking about 10,000 barrels a day and there is a 10 year lease. That is a serious amount of money don't you think. Surely TOMco have more to do. Maybe like build the refinery with Valkor and then run it. Your thoughts please. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 08:38 | Nothing ducky as far as I'm aware. The renters full obligation to upgrade the refinery. It's a free punt for us. | stuart little
11/2/2022 08:38 | I dont know the full ins and outs, maybe someone else can comment further but reading the announcement it is not much. The refinery is the responsibility of the tenant. | rmart
11/2/2022 08:35 | rmart this 3 bucks a barrel for the refinery rental. What will TOMco's obligation be for this venture please .. | ducky fuzz
11/2/2022 08:33 | Latest video added to header and green (completed) section updated. | rmart |
