Looking at the trades
It looks like there were some regular small buys (set amounts repeated) to try and keep the price up - which looks to have brought in some retail gamblers and made room for the large sells , which if they were from the last placing , have amazingly been dumped at a profit !

That in itself will be the leverage for the next placing - something along the lines of - look how gullible the retail holders are , they will always assume that someone knows something, because of the years worth of narrative and therefore be a willing buyer to offload to later - and hence the gravy train keeps on giving.

NO turnover , no live projects, massive losses and directors remuneration , nil nominal value shares and still getting funded for a few months at a time...... incredible.

And this is the highest volume day since early 2022, which was just under 300m traded. Maybe even that will get beat by the end of the day and then it's right back to 2020 at almost 400m in a day. Lots more shares in issue, but have you ever seen a chartist look at that, I haven't.

Whoever was buying 10,000,000 blocks this morning was doing it for a reason that only they know. The fact that some other shareholders are taking profit because of the rise it caused does not make it a pump and dump. So cut the BS, pleeeeeeaaasee!!

Not been around here for a long time. Nothing to say as all be said before. As night follows day so the scam of Tomco cycles inexorably around. As mentioned by Fenners, we have seen this many times before. How long before we see the placing RNS? I will give it before the fat old guy in the red suit starts his annual rounds!

Fenners I have seen the price increase today. Two things spring to mind. Firstly the normal pre-placing garbage to try and leverage the price; or, secondly that one of the shareholders has decided to take TOM private.

If it is 'news' of funding then it will wither on the vine.

Honestly the red flags from those AGM notes keep coming - I was shocked at the revelations - not because they were exactly what this thread has been saying for years - but because they were so revealing.
