15/2/2024 12:43 | It's a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! 'It's metabolic processes are now 'istory! It's kicked the bucket, It's shuffled off It's mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisible!! | fenners66
15/2/2024 12:39 | The "sand "is supposed to come from the CORT process. The gamblers don't even read their own AGM notes - where TOM admitted they had moved on from CORT It's dead , as in deceased , as in gone to meet its maker, it is no more , it has ceased to be. | fenners66
15/2/2024 12:37 | "Vauch 15 Feb '24 - 10:10 - 31206 of 31207 Im still not sure how they are going to move such vast amounts of sand a day." That one's easy .... They are not going to , ever. | fenners66

15/2/2024 10:10 | Im still not sure how they are going to move such vast amounts of sand a day. | vauch
15/2/2024 10:09 | Yep a few years back it was quoted as $12 to $15 a tone now it at over $70 a tone. 5000k plant a day that's 7500 tones of sand to sell a day | vauch
15/2/2024 09:40 | Wow such a positive post from mixi - how can anyone not be convinced ? Except .... 1, There was no update from TOM as there was nothing new to tell 2, They have not and will not get any finance. 3, They have no sand. 4, They have no oil. 5, They have no land - just an interest in 10% through a folly overcomittment 6, They have no plant. 7, They have no tech to use. 8, They have no manpower. 9, They have almost no money. 10, They have almost zero turnover what they have is some sort of recharge of admin expenses... 11, Doubleing near zero income - is still near zero... | fenners66
15/2/2024 09:33 | "It is time for an update as promised by the board at the lastAGM. I am confident of finance. Investors should not ignore the significance of the sand where there is a world shortage. It could double TOM’s income. I hark back to the BOD’s opening words at AGM 2 years ago “we are a sand producing company where oil is a by-product! Just look at sand figures per ton. 1 barrel of oil for 1 to 1.5 tons of sand. Food for thought." Mixi's post 31204 on the deluded thread. Mixi it is just narrative. Even the Jones cavalry has not come to the rescue this time, but then he possibly did not know that TOM intend to become sand merchants. | the diddymen

14/2/2024 17:52 | 10 weeks since a Reichsmart post. Has he dumped? | the diddymen
14/2/2024 15:55 | I thought the exclusive option expired around Christmas time or have I got it wrong The Subscription has been undertaken to provide additional funds towards the Company's anticipated expenditure as it seeks to progress its plans for its wholly owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC ("Greenfield"), in relation to the Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") site located in the Uinta Basin, Utah, United States. As previously announced, Greenfield owns a 10% Membership Interest in TSHII with an exclusive option, at its sole discretion, to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests for additional cash consideration of US$17.25 million up to 31 December 2023 (the "Option"), together with a matching right as detailed in the Company's announcement of 6 June 2023. | vauch
14/2/2024 15:39 | Haha. Wilson! You're back! Welcome. It seems like all the old gang are assembling for the final act. Am guessing there won't be much of a public gathering on the other thread. | 1dutchman

14/2/2024 14:27 | 1d, for most shareholders their wealth in TOM has been destroyed and flogging the last £ few hundred may just be too much of a psychological barrier. There is that one in a trillion chance the Board will actually do something. | the diddymen
14/2/2024 14:11 | Again, I'm surprised there isn't a flood of sales when the price drops. 22 million is only 0.7% of shares outstanding, amounting to less than £14k. And, of course, someone is buying when those shares get dumped. Hard to believe. Mr Jones' 175 million shares issued to keep the company afloat (at a premium) for £150k are now worth less than £110k. On the other hand, his 15% ownership gives him virtual control of the company, if he so chooses. At this stage I've got to give him more credit than the board for being clever. What's his next move? | 1dutchman
14/2/2024 13:50 | F66 - agree the whole thing is a pretty cynical exercise. | the diddymen
14/2/2024 11:56 | 22 million dumped - at last someone has realised ... | fenners66 |
