The Company is currently in discussions with the counterparty to the Agreement with a view to seeking a further extension to the exercise period in respect of such Option. There can be no certainty that the Option will be extended or that the required funding can be secured to complete the acquisition of the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests. So if we get an RNS next week to say the extension has been agreed do you see that as SHARE PRICE POSITIVE NEWS ?

They raised over £900k less than 3 months ago. Already had around £200k in the bank, have had nothing but legals and working capital to pay out therefore I calculate a current balance North of £750,000. That's put that stupidity to bed.

02/03/23 - TOM finally RNS late that they have been unable to raise the money to pay for the 90% of TSII. No update on the next high risk project.

03/03/23 - AJJ "Good to see Quadrise progressing well with their BioMSAR testing prior to full trials ;)

Our share of $300+ a barrel for marine fuel will do no harm at all to the balance sheet."

It might just be prudent to worry about going concern.

Good find AJ - yes our rare heavy sweet oil demand is set to soar it seems if QFI and MSC produces what they have in mind for the shipping industry who are desperate to reduce their co2 footprint.

Wärtsilä Testing Update

Quadrise Fuels International Plc (AIM:QFI), the supplier of innovative energy solutions for a cleaner planet, provides the following update further to the Company's announcement of 16 January 2023, on the testing of its bioMSAR(TM) fuel carried out by Wärtsilä Services Switzerland ("Wärtsilä") in December 2022.

As part of Quadrise's ongoing Framework Agreement with MSC Shipmanagement, optical combustion and engine wear tests of bioMSAR(TM) were carried out as a necessary precursor to commercial-scale vessel trials.

The optical combustion test, against MSAR(R) and diesel fuels, has confirmed bioMSAR(TM) to have similar injection and combustion properties as MSAR(R) and that bioMSAR(TM) is therefore expected to behave similarly to MSAR(R) when utilised in medium and slow-speed diesel engines.

Extended wear tests over a 250 hour period were also completed successfully.

The Company is pleased to confirm that, as a result of these test results, bioMSAR(TM) can proceed to the next phase of assessment, with hazard identification and operability studies now scheduled ahead of commercial vessel testing on the MSC Leandra and further announcements will be made, as appropriate, in due course.

Jason Miles, Chief Executive of Quadrise, commented:

"The extensive tests undertaken by Wärtsilä clearly demonstrate the suitability of bioMSAR(TM) for use in both marine and power plant applications. This is an important step in clearing the fuel for commercial supply and we look forward to progressing our final round of tests ahead of planned vessel trials with MSC for both MSAR(R) and bioMSAR(TM) later this year."

There was narrative in the timing of the last RNS. It was not RNS'd on or before the land deal expiry date, as it should have been and had been previously. It was reported late and at a less conventional time. A potential but deniable conclusion would be that negotiations were going to the wire.

That is now central to the theme being developed on the other thread.

Yes let the Ostrich behaviour be your friend. Funny it took you all a number of hours today to give yourself a stiff talking to in the mirror and to remind yourselves you are tigers after all. Of course, as I have mentioned many times, the facts mean nothing to you, emotions are all. Unable to admit what utter mugs you are, you simply ignore the facts and take comfort in the flock of similar morons. Not sure how long you will have to wait, but if I was a betting man, I would suggest that they have provided enough 'official' cover to go silent for a couple of months. I may be wrong and they will consolidate and narrative shift earlier that that, but still legs in the current chapter and money for salaries, so no rush. They know they can never be held accountable to their owners. They must be incredulous that they have got away with it for so long. But when you hold an infant like Damac up as your oracle, they know that they have nothing to fear from you mental cripples. This is the gift that keeps giving.
