Not true mike.
I was told my account would be suspended if I did not stop reputing post saying filtered of a troll that persistently followed me at every chance.
I had complained about the individual many time and no action was done, but his complaint had a harsh result from them to me.
Any one that thinks that ADVFN offer a good service is mistaken as to them it is about numbers not quality.

Vauch, I have also cancelled my auto renewal on Advfn, for pretty much the same reason, I go black in June.

Groat who is chairman of Harland & Wolffe etc has apparently just taken shares in that business presumably to send a signal.
Apart from a very few shares in Tom, will he now do the honours for TOM investors and send another signal!

Well should one assume that the other party - inter alia as JP might write requires a strong group balance sheet?
Does the group possess such a thing given the torrent of deficits accumulated and accumulating costs?
If it doesn’t, then how to strengthen the position and quickly too? Ideas SL??

Not often that I would agree with the other thread, but on this occasion I would agree that TOM should not need any operating cash after the last tap.

That said the share price movement has a touch of the pre-placing feel. I wonder if it is in TOM's mind to raise the cash to pay off Valkor.

Morning fellow shareholder buddies! Holding shares has not made me see the clarity of potential any better than before. Perhaps you can help? We owe Valkor $1m and interest accrued at a compounded rate of @30% which probably holds the interest outstanding at @$500k. The repayment so far of $1m has all been secured with equity, either direct placings or convertible loan. Can someone tell me how this loan will be repaid when confirmed, sorry old habits look at me with my negativity, IF, there is no funding available for the land? Also, it seems that our esteemed leaders no long talk about the $185m they are going to find for land and the 5000bopd plant, but only the land, which has taken 18 months already and we still wait? You guys must be really strong characters, I have only been holding for a day and I am worried sick. So much to try and understand and make sense of!!

Absolutely. Shareholders remaining seem spellbound by the fantasy. They should be commended for their loyalty but not their objectivity.

How many times has this thread predicted the outcome? Each time TOM kick the problem into the long grass, while the other thread weaponise the implausible conclusion to evidence the implausible outcome. The fact that TOM have been unable to conclude any form agreement at any level becomes evidence that they must be on the cusp of delivering the undeliverable. The facts have not changed. TOM have no IP, no assets, no money, no process, one employee, yet if you believe the other thread TOM hold all the trumps. This then encourages TOM to yet again deliver another implausible RNS for no other reason than they can get away with it.

Shareholders deserve another placing which they will dutifully absorb.
