15/2/2023 09:47 | It might help share-holders if they were Given some information for all theses delays. It is not normal to keep shareholders in the dark for so long. The broker and nomad are there to guide the company and are in dereliction of their duty, aimho | goulding1215
14/2/2023 13:27 | Yes, certainly been multiple delays and hurdles but that's expected on such huge JV type deals. Hopefully all cleared now for lift off. Stay positive. You never know, it could equally be days away! | kdickson
14/2/2023 13:23 | or was it Rmart as they did not give a year | vauch
14/2/2023 13:01 | They did say funding by Easter. Oh yes that was last Easter! | rmart
14/2/2023 12:59 | Only another month of three | vauch
14/2/2023 12:52 | Goulding1215 Look at the dates on the directors options - of course. How many Directors' salaries can you afford and for long? What's the rush??? | lopodop
14/2/2023 11:26 | How much longer do we have to wait for this project to finalise and be settled? | goulding1215
14/2/2023 10:32 | The cash payment has to be made no later than 3 March, so I'd say they still have the rest of today plus two more days to announce a GM on 2 March? | haggismchaggis
14/2/2023 10:17 | "The Diddyboys 14 Feb '23 - 10:10 - 29710 of 29710 And as fenners says because we overpaid THS2 will be happy to extend. No deadline missed that I can see. Just a waiting game now." Yes massively overpriced - not overpaid massive amount outstanding and likely TOM will never find the cash for. As for a waiting game kd (aka Terry) is used to that - he is still awaiting his hundreds of pages of predictions for PET to happen 5 years or so later....... | fenners66
14/2/2023 10:10 | And as fenners says because we overpaid THS2 will be happy to extend. No deadline missed that I can see. Just a waiting game now. | the diddyboys
14/2/2023 09:58 | I don't think the GM actually has to take place before month end. That's a false deadline that seems to have evolved. All that matters is that the announcement RNS is made before the 28th (TSH2 extension deadline) because in that RNS will be a huge amount of detail about everything that shareholders will need to know in order to make an informed decision at the GM (even if that is held into March). The price should have gone up (a lot!) on the announcements detail so shareholders will be happy to wait for a slightly later GM. I have it on good authority that TSHII are very flexible. | kdickson
14/2/2023 09:40 | Missed deadline for gm to vote on a possible funding deal (again). It leads to either another extension on tshII or no funding imo. | rmart
14/2/2023 09:20 | Rmart, what makes you think the price will go down tomorrow? | kdickson
14/2/2023 09:09 | RMART why not give up with this and move to HARL - it is chaired by none other than GROAT! At least it's a Uk business which is endeavouring to rebuild an erstwhile BRITISH SHIPPING OPERATION and move into energy and other sectors. It has its own issues to handle and there may be certain doubts but at least it's British and there are definite contracts in place, under negotiation and in pipeline. It is creating as well as restoring jobs and there are very sound prospects and fewer downsides here. | lopodop
14/2/2023 08:51 | No rns today and down we go tomorrow. | rmart
13/2/2023 15:18 | I think the same kd. It would be nice to get the GM RNS before the 28th, but i'm not fussed. | bountyfull
13/2/2023 11:45 | Danmart2 Probably busy with ongoing audit and other businesses so now not a good time for get together. | lopodop
13/2/2023 07:29 | So the next expected development is a 28th Feb RNS announcing more delays? Are they really going to keep dragging this company along on life support finance and a ‘hope’ of deal to screw every last penny they can from mug retail investors and dodgy financial institutions? | danmart2
13/2/2023 07:09 | Bountyfull Oh dear! | lopodop
12/2/2023 18:33 | Vauch, we will definitely pass 0.44 if a Notice of GM RNS comes out with full details of the deal! Mind you, we've got till the 28th really for such an announcement. That's when the TSHII 90% option comes up again for renewal and I'm sure they'd be totally flexible about a further short extension, especially if the GM RNS notice had already come out before the 28th and it was just a case of waiting for the almost certain shareholder approval at an early March GM. | kdickson
12/2/2023 17:52 | Onwards and upwards ;) | ajj2003
12/2/2023 17:33 | So we have had the next pull back, will we pass .44 this week | vauch
12/2/2023 09:21 | Now cleverdiddy bearing in mind shareholders have been awaiting some positive news for goodness knows how long, should there be no agreement finalised in the next weeks of February, the time has come to close the teashop and appoint a manager / receiver who will tell shareholders the worst. On the other hand if there is an agreement what are the important points shareholders should be told this month ie immediate consideration if any and future consideration if any. And incidentally does BYLE rule the roost. Bearing in mind many shareholders have been waiting very patiently, the Board has to face reality and the consequences - no more can kicking. | lopodop |
