Stuart, I agree entirely that they should update us on progress as and when they can, but the reality is, at this point in time, that they obviously cannot comment on the proposed deal being discussed until they are at a stage where it is acceptable to the Nomad to release the information. If, as thought, that the proposed deal is indeed transformational for the company, then it is a significant price sensitive event and the Nomad will be all over it, insisting on certain things being in place before they can release the news.

If they are not able to release the GM news by the 28th Feb. for whatever reason, then the only news they can possibly release is that they have extended the TS2 purchase agreement again, and unfortunately some will just see that as a routine kick back and be unwilling to accept there are things in the background that must be overcome to satisfy the Nomad. We can only hope that any TS2 extension news on the 28th will also provide some more info on when they hope to announce the GM by, but that news will be Nomad permitting.

Damac, the company has made no official comment on the GF restructuring since the end November. They need to update us on progress, not just another routine kick back. We are being supportive of John, he needs to give us something back. Yes he's working hard but he can also attempt to support the share price too!

If there is a deal Damac you are right, but if you listen to this thread we say that there is no deal, or if there is a deal it will be valueless to shareholders. You avoid this realistic outcome.

This thread has always been on the money on TOM. TOM is a narrative company and narrative companies only enrich one community.

Damac the more that Reichy's thread align with TOM's narrative, the more placings there will be.

It is obvious that this is going into March. It has been since the 15th February, the last day they could announce a General Meeting by the end of February. Therefore, because the proposed deal being pulled together will no doubt include the finance for the remaining purchase of Tar Sands Holdings II Llc, the deal cannot possibly be approved by shareholders by the end of February, hence the TS2 purchase agreement will have to extend into March.

So, if as now expected, we get an RNS on the 28th saying that the TS2 purchase agreement has been extended further to allow for all parties in the proposed joint venture, and Tomco, to get everything in order whereby Tomco will be allowed by the Nomad to announce the GM and all the details behind the proposed deal....is that really an issue for anyone?

Morocco Project Update

Quadrise Fuels International Plc (AIM:QFI), the supplier of innovative energy solutions for a cleaner planet, is pleased to provide the following update on its Material Transfer & Cooperation Agreement with its client in Morocco.

Quadrise confirms that the MSAR® fuel for the forthcoming trial, previously held at Moroccan customs awaiting final clearance, has cleared customs and is now on site at the client's facility, along with the bioMSAR™ fuel which was previously delivered in December 2022.

As a result, the Company is now finalising the trial schedule with the client and anticipates fuel trials to commence prior to the end of Q1 2023.

Jason Miles, Chief Executive of Quadrise, commented:

"We are pleased that both fuels have now cleared customs and we can move this project forward, as planned. I'd like to thank our shareholders for their patience and our team for their persistence in resolving the logistical challenges we have faced. The auditors here may be having difficulty in working out what is going on - red flag being no shareholder communication.

The narrative will be extended in the next RNS on 28 Feb. Set the next deadline for 31 May, add in a little understatement which will allow a bit of froth in the trading and the jobs done.

The army no 1 lesson - do not admit to errors, do not apologise - so the Board follow army rules as ever; principal investors aside, run of the mill investors are a nuisance and expect to receive regular news as AIM rules pontificate. Not here, Groat rules state the opposite and anyway had there been positive news it would have been released.

They would be more credible if they were to take a reasonable personal financial risk on TOM. One that would make them blink if TOM were to fail.
