The dark side wondering why valkor do not just take out tomco and have tsh11 for themselves.

They clearly do not understand that there are billions of barrels of oil up for grabs and it is imposible for 1 entity alone to do it all. Basic stuff really.

Valkor have their operations with HSO and Tomco have greenfield. There are plenty of leases in the bag and plenty of opportunity for more. Why not have 2 companies going at it.

Valkor will have their own funding package in place. They cant have 2. So have their own and 25% of another. There will be more than 1 fund wanting to back these operations so why not have 2 entities and go with both. Simples.

1d, it is also of interest that SB made the error. He is too close to the business to make that sort of error and then mea culpa.

Did it improve the presentation of the application before the committee, or was it designed to try and float the TOM share price a little. Lalaland certainly saw the implication that the full funding was in place and it has certainly confused this latest podcaster.

The latter and it smacks of desperation.

No RNS at 7.00 tomorrow morning and the first sells will come through.

I suppose there is one other option - the current 90% TSII owners have been sitting on that white elephant for so long that they must have saddle sores. And now they've seen the demise of both the CORT and Vivakor technologies. Perhaps they will re-negotiate to participate in the drilling and see if they can at last wring some value out of that asset. Still, they pulled a blinder on JP when they negotiated the original deal, so perhaps they're too smart to get pulled into Valkor's game.

It's an odd one, Diddy. Valkor knows the extended CORT test was nothing more than an excuse for them to bilk Tom investors so that Valkor could make payroll during the downturn. (Isn't it interesting that the testing ended as soon as Valkor found other potential income streams?). So they have to think it unlikely anyone will stump up $18mm for 90% of TSII and $200mm for a CORT plant. Similarly, it doesn't make sense for Valkor's backers to buy TSII and thereby attain 25% of Tom (it would be a lot cheaper to do it on the open market) unless there is a game to be played. And why would anyone else fund Tom's drilling costs? Valkor has more licenses, the know-how and (arguably) a functioning team. Again, unless someone saw value in having an equity play tied to the in situ drilling campaign. In which case, one would expect any drilling financing for Tom to be in the form of equity or convertibles that would give said investor an interest in the associated equity play. Either way, it keeps coming back to a pretty significant dilution. But if there is a pump and dump in the offing, then at least current investors will get to play that ride.

What a car crash podcast.

The link is on the other thread.

The podcaster could have done a little DD - in fact he could have completed his DD from this side of the BBs. The crass error was that he had confused the CORT process with drilling (or he digs with a drill to be precise). He was unaware that financing the drilling will not trigger the issue of 25% of the share capital to Valkor - it has to be the full monty.

It did set me thinking that say lalaland are correct and they raise the finance for drilling, the extraction steaming then goes seamlessly, and they then generate cash that enables TOM to independently finance the CORT plant. Where does that leave Valkor - in court? (pun intended)

so now we have vox markets commenting on the 25% ownership of tomco by valkor. Surely the BOD will have to confirm or deny this now.

AIM will be knocking soon if not.

Thanks Mitch!Yes, ignore rampers on twitter, that's market wide advice for anyone investing in any company, not just this one.And yes, his advice on the upside from the project is clear to anyone able to do a bit of research into it and do the sums, that's what I did and that's why I bought in.
