31/10/2022 11:31 | No comments on the other thread that it was not the RNS they were after. Reichsmart's self imposed deadline now passed. | the diddymen
31/10/2022 11:28 | 1d, I would not disagree with some on the other thread that the only plan that has any credibility in the narrative sense is the drilling. That will be a substantially lesser amount but no lender, however close to the concept, would ever lend without TOM strengthening its balance sheet substantially. Given that TOM is dead without new money, the risk lies with the new money. Reward follows the risk ergo existing shareholders will be squeezed until their pips squeak. My view is still that this one will fall before the first hurdle and fail to find an institution with the requisite appetite for risk. Even if it makes the first hurdle, that is when the problems will begin. | the diddymen
31/10/2022 11:24 | The RNS would suggest that they reduced their holding by 814,128 shares to 78,425,000 shares, which is just below the 4% threshold. | canny lass
31/10/2022 11:20 | Spreadex spread betting now have access to 78,425,000 shares, says the RNS just released. | haggismchaggis
31/10/2022 10:17 | Despite the other thread having previously labelled Byle “a genius” (based on boasts apparently garnered from Byle’s own website) we know that Valkor’s previous ‘technology-dr | 1dutchman
31/10/2022 10:15 | Diddy, you raise a very good question. Why does Valkor – and presumably its backers – continue to support Tom? As you have pointed out, they could easily let Tom fail and pick over the bones. So what value does Tom deliver? No tech, no expertise, no cash. The only possible thing of any value to them is the listing and the associated gullible shareholders. | 1dutchman

31/10/2022 07:10 | .....announcements of this magnitude would normally be a 07.00 release. Into November now. Plenty of scope for this to become a falling knife the longer the RNS is delayed. | the diddymen
31/10/2022 06:57 | Reichy as ever you do not understand my post. If TOM are funded by a party close to Valkor there must be a reason because it would be cheaper to put TOM out of its misery and pick up the pieces. My question is what could they possibly gain if they finance TOM? Here is an idea. Pump prime a package that still relies heavily on shareholder risk. Let TOM take all the development risks............... The problem is that they will need share capital and even on the above assumption, that will be difficult to deliver. | the diddymen
30/10/2022 22:35 | Is that the first crack from diddy? “ Should a party proximate to TOM finance the project, that is only the starting point. Don't expect any apologies on funding from me, should it happen.” Slowly realisation that funding is coming may be sinking in. | rmart
30/10/2022 20:05 | Should a party proximate to TOM finance the project, that is only the starting point. Don't expect any apologies on funding from me, should it happen. Assuming that the potential financer is the one and the same financing Valkor then it begs the question why do they need TOM? If TOM were to disappear presumably the land would be up for sale again, and if they really wanted the CEO they could probably hire him. One reason for wanting TOM is that it may be a very useful for getting a bit of gearing into a loan by soaking shareholders again (and new shareholders.) Just a lateral thought. Don't get too excited! | the diddymen
30/10/2022 19:41 | Would that be the same "term sheet within weeks, funding by Easter" gumph ? | fenners66
30/10/2022 18:54 | Yes, we will get a RNS tomorrow or Tuesday. Its not rocket science to figure that out. Substantial funding announcement I hope. 40:1 odds someone on here recently suggested. There needs to be some serious self reflection by posters on here if it happens. Good luck to those invested | thrgef
30/10/2022 15:55 | So will we get an RNS update next week? The loan cost and deadline is ticking away | danmart2
30/10/2022 12:02 | Get your tickets for the Tomco Express driven by Rmart. Toot-toot!! | goulding1215
30/10/2022 10:44 | A huge gap in the market for Tomco to fill ;)Green, easily accessible and abundant, what's not to like. Biden and co will be pushing our agenda for us as the word spreads, especially to further limit the influence of Russian oil. Good luck to all and enjoy the ride ;) | ajj2003
30/10/2022 10:31 | I do wonder if there is now a competition on the other thread to come up with the most fantastical claim... "goulding1215 30 Oct '22 - 09:39 - 28635 of 28635 "the global benefits of green oil, which I suggest should enlighten Governments and consumers to use this new oil. Especially as the world will want to wean itself off of" OIL , the word you are looking for is OIL There is nothing green about watching another company try and force highly viscous oil tar out of a pipe, on their land. If they ever get a permit and around to trying it. After all their expert could not point to a place where this viscosity sludge has been extracted before. They need 700b of water a day and 600 degrees together with weeks and weeks of waiting to see if it will work The notion was put to them by the Board is this "wishful" and its got to be financed by ? | fenners66
30/10/2022 10:17 | I see the La La thread has finally started to accept some of what we have been saying all along.... (not much , but its a start) So after telling us for years that funding for a CORT plant would be $115m or less, whilst we know that it will never happen , there is at last an acknowledgement that that funding figure is wrong AJJ2003 29 Oct '22 - 18:58 - 28634 of 28635 "with $200m of funding" We have been saying $200m for best part of a year A figure which makes the whole Idea even more of a fantasy. | fenners66
30/10/2022 09:39 | Interesting articles. In some ways undervaluing TOM/Valkor/ Greenfield is PUBLICITY of the global benefits of green oil, which I suggest should enlighten Governments and consumers to use this new oil. Especially as the world will want to wean itself off of Russian oil. Aimho | goulding1215
29/10/2022 19:58 | Interesting discussion on the other board (LSE) and I hope haggismchaggisl and torreaguas do not me showing their posts on here. With no need for refining and the potential for tailored products using MSAR and bio MSAR, it will be interesting to see how the market initially values Tomco, not forgetting the three other potential strings to its bow and all that sand ;) haggismchaggis1 Posts: 6,692 Price: 0.485 No Opinion RE: RNS — No RNSToday 16:46 Torreaguas, I'm thinking a much higher MCap based on no refining needed for the markets we are supplying. So we can sell our fuel cheaper than HFO and make all of the margin between that price and the cost to produce, which is a lot of money, especially when you look at Marine fuel. The huge margin will lead to the much higher MCap IMVHO. I am looking at it, comparing it to other small cap O&G companies, and easily seeing a £200m company. That would be 8p at 2.5bn shares in issue, or 6.67p at 3bn shares in issue. Torreaguas Posts: 5,021 Price: 0.485 No Opinion RE: RNS — No RNSToday 10:04 well, with $200m of funding it certainly wont be £8m. We have to remember that 25% will be added for Valkor and probably a bit more for the funders. So imo Market cap will make its way to £60m at least (not in one swoop). But bear in mind the shares in issue will probably be in the region of 2.5b to 3b so my share price prediction is 2p to 2.5p. This will rise according to progress on production from the initial wells and start of the construction of the 5000 bopd plant. 3 to 5p is where I thing it will settle until production starts from the 5000 bopd plant. The only reasons I can see it going higher than this are: 1. more wells being drilled and put to production. 2. The refinery deal progressing and being built. 3. Vivakor production and sand sales starting. Who knows where the share price will be if some of these come good. All of the above is based on the funding of course and securing the remaining 90% of TSH11 | ajj2003
