27/10/2022 09:02 | It was not an assumption the 25% it was faculty stated by Steve. We own 25% of Tomco | vauch
27/10/2022 09:01 | Lol, is that the permit we needed $200 mill to cover production Danmart? ohh and they're not exploration wells. | shaunx
27/10/2022 08:45 | Sage is having a meltdown, and now danmart decides getting permits is no big deal, for goodness sake it’s pathetic | rmart
27/10/2022 08:41 | I don’t see why getting the license was such a big deal, they where always going to get a license. Utah state is pro resource exploration, the amount of projects and the light govt controls demonstrates Utahs support for any scheme that increases Utahs tax take. | danmart2
27/10/2022 08:41 | Vauch, My understanding on the Valkor 25% is that is what they will hold come the 1st December on the assumption that all 0.9p warrants are taken up by their expiry date of 30th November. Edit: I’m not talking here about what Steve Byle said yesterday, just talking about how the figure changed from 29% to 25%. | damac
27/10/2022 08:41 | News today or tomorrow, they have to release something now | talais
27/10/2022 08:37 | There are no operations so no update required. They will tell you about the meeting when they tell you about the funding that has not happened and what they are going to excitedly do about it. It will all be told but of course you will not listen. | thesageofsaint
27/10/2022 08:35 | You should be buying more then. What you actually mean is that the poor unsuspecting sheep minds that have yet to be captured for the flock of mutton heads, have not been made aware of this meeting. But don't you worry, when some bucket shop 'stock broker' gives them a call with a 'I have a bridge to sell you story' they will definitely understand the power of the meeting as they whistle good bye to the grandkids' inheritance. | thesageofsaint
27/10/2022 08:33 | The cat is out of the bag and Steve could not have lied under oath otherwise the stamping of paperwork will be void | vauch
27/10/2022 08:31 | if the statement is correct and it was given under oath. then the funding is done and most likely before the warrants where sold and this is why it is 25% not 29% | vauch
27/10/2022 08:29 | For anyone on the sidelines, a number of us watched the Utah presentation and permit approval last night, the market hasn't got sniff yet and when it does you'll be pleased you took a stake. | shaunx
27/10/2022 08:28 | Oh dear look at the captive mind. The dissonance of the lie and the facts beyond his computing power. Calm your farm old chap. Nothing is going to happen, can, long grass, kick (try and make a sentence). Go back to sleep. | thesageofsaint
27/10/2022 08:21 | Valkor will have a 25% interest in Tomco when funding is secured, so it must be a done deal. | talais
27/10/2022 08:16 | From the video, Steve Byle at 3:22:50 Highlands Development Group is 100% owner of Valkor Highlands is 30% owner of Heavy Sweet Oil Highlands is 25% owner of Tomco | busamitch
27/10/2022 08:15 | From the video, Steve Byle at 3:22:50 Highlands Development Group is 100% owner of Valkor Highlands is 30% owner of Heavy Sweet Oil Highlands is 25% owner of Tomco | busamitch
27/10/2022 08:15 | FFS lower than yesterday- surely we should be flying!! | zooskeeper
27/10/2022 08:11 | You would at least think an operational update and an update because of the new information from the meeting. ????? | fadec92
27/10/2022 08:01 | ....and there it wasn't. It was noted on the other thread that at the hearing SB referred to their 25% ownership of TOM. This holding, per the original RNS, was "subject to Greenfield receiving funds from, or drawing upon, a loan or credit facility in connection with the construction of an oil sands processing facility as specified in the FEED Study dated 21 July 2021". If SB is claiming that this clause has been satisfied, it means that the funding is in place which in turn means that TOM should be RNS'ing immediately. If the reports of the 25% ownership are correct (and there is corroboration of posts on the other thread) then yet again TOM are failing in their duty to keep the markets informed, or, SB/Valkor have not advised the committee of the critical clause. SB appears to be a very astute operator and he will not have claimed the 25% lightly. | the diddymen
27/10/2022 06:17 | So an RNS first thing? | gjabrj
27/10/2022 05:47 | Thanks for the updates everyone. Brilliant news. | rmart
27/10/2022 05:45 | Approved !, now let’s have the finance news. Valkor stated under oath that they own 25% of tomco. Finance must be in the back for the full plant for this to happen. choo choo. | rmart |
