I don’t see why getting the license was such a big deal, they where always going to get a license.

Utah state is pro resource exploration, the amount of projects and the light govt controls demonstrates Utahs support for any scheme that increases Utahs tax take.

My understanding on the Valkor 25% is that is what they will hold come the 1st December on the assumption that all 0.9p warrants are taken up by their expiry date of 30th November.

Edit: I’m not talking here about what Steve Byle said yesterday, just talking about how the figure changed from 29% to 25%.

There are no operations so no update required. They will tell you about the meeting when they tell you about the funding that has not happened and what they are going to excitedly do about it. It will all be told but of course you will not listen.

But don't you worry, when some bucket shop 'stock broker' gives them a call with a 'I have a bridge to sell you story' they will definitely understand the power of the meeting as they whistle good bye to the grandkids' inheritance.

if the statement is correct and it was given under oath. then the funding is done and most likely before the warrants where sold and this is why it is 25% not 29%

....and there it wasn't.

It was noted on the other thread that at the hearing SB referred to their 25% ownership of TOM. This holding, per the original RNS, was "subject to Greenfield receiving funds from, or drawing upon, a loan or credit facility in connection with the construction of an oil sands processing facility as specified in the FEED Study dated 21 July 2021".

If SB is claiming that this clause has been satisfied, it means that the funding is in place which in turn means that TOM should be RNS'ing immediately.

If the reports of the 25% ownership are correct (and there is corroboration of posts on the other thread) then yet again TOM are failing in their duty to keep the markets informed, or, SB/Valkor have not advised the committee of the critical clause. SB appears to be a very astute operator and he will not have claimed the 25% lightly.

Approved !, now let’s have the finance news. Valkor stated under oath that they own 25% of tomco. Finance must be in the back for the full plant for this to happen.
