Vauch, I think they are still waiting for signed paperwork from the authorities following the approval last week. It's not a 2 minute job the get it all written up, proofread, checked by attorneys, etc. There's bound to be some back and forth in the process as legal want things clarified.

Talis, that is what was talked about at the AGM.
But as Valkor MD said they own 25% of Tomco this would imply that the warrants will come into play.

Having looked at the normal delay between receiving permit applications and the issuing of the permits I do not expect them until the middle/ end of next week at the earliest.
A sample handful of run of the mill applications on established fields from the three main oilers in Uintah county ranged from 38 to 56 days (38 days was last Sunday).This application has a lot of changes to make.

Just noting that the TSII deal is open until 31 Dec.

If the other thread is to be believed on the financing party the only blockage is the inability of TOM to obtain the right package for the new equity. Without significant new equity on very attractive terms this ship is going to remain well and truly grounded. 31 Dec it is then but the gun is pointing at the head of TOM.

And Tomco have a listing on the UK stock market. If anything Valkor could be reversed into Tomco, raising funding to cover the valuation of Valkor. Bigger listed company, no dilution to Tomco holders because of the bigger MCap afforded by adding Valkor to it. Could be done, but not until they get the full Utah development project signed off, as that then offers ii's a whole lot more to invest in.
