Did Tomco pay 2mil and have multiple licenses,????Pursuant to the LOI, subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive ?license agreements, Netoil would be granted two licenses for Petroteq's CORT for use in Iraq and ?Libya. The consideration for each license has been agreed to USD 6,000,000 and a five ?percent (5%) royalty fee of the net production revenue. In addition, a minimum annual fee has been agreed to USD 1,000,000 until the region is producing.

Optimism is the first sign tal. I find beer works better for me. None of that posh stuff damac drinks though.

Time and time again, their experience or rather lack of has been questioned and flagged but the poor hapless investors themselves are equally deficient in acumen. Even a modicum of good old common sense should have set the alarm bells racing. But no the likes of Damac continue to persuade the others it will come good despite the fact each of his many forecasts has been wholly wrong.
Had the non execs any standing, they would have faced the music and admitted their poor stewardship to investors by appointing a receiver but they know investors here are simple and so they will play for more time and blame JP for the outcome and run for cover!

Lopo - the BOD non-execs are as inexperienced as JP in operating an oil or mining company. Ex accountants, bankers and nomads who couldn't manage a p---up at a brewery. There has been no engineer to call SB's bluff and it doesn't appear from accounts that the company has hired consulting engineers to supplement their glaring deficiencies. The only Board members with appropriate experience each seem to have lasted less than six months. And then paid off, no doubt to shut them up. Those red flags seem to have been invisible to investors.

Imagine being in JP's position - he can walk off as SB's lackey leaving the non execs to explain how they got TOM so badly wrong.

Imagine being in SB's position.
You got TOM to give you $1.5m for the Cort exercise (which never achieved its 500bpd target)
then you lend it back to them with 15% fee and 2% thereafter.

What's next ?

Sit back and relax.
Let TOM's shareholders owe you $35k a month... nice little earner.

Yes naive and hapless investors but what about the BOD non execs - have they been fooled, surely not. So why have they promoted this folly??? Where does that leave BDO and SH? Pleased to be of service no doubt until one of them concludes enough is enough.
