26/7/2022 13:37 | Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh | ducky fuzz
26/7/2022 13:23 | Well, it's certainly gone quite, | talais
26/7/2022 12:12 | I think only rns’s now will be positive, very positive. Permits and/or finance or other way round. Aimho | goulding1215
26/7/2022 11:16 | Here we go with the mm tricks, Widen the spread to put of buyers and show buys as sells | kemche
26/7/2022 11:14 | The BOD will read the boards and have concluded that the majority are either wreckless or naive which encourages them to spin more and more as the 'delays' compound. In due course another of the non execs will have had enough and become extremely anxious about their reputational situation etc! Rather like our so called Government, Sunak having been part of Boris' team suddenly decides he has to cut and run - look how long he took to come to that decision. It is already on record that two non execs didn't hang around. One has to question how long ZAK will hang in although the money must be useful. | lopodop
26/7/2022 10:53 | From the Nov RNS "The Loan is repayable by Greenfield... the US$1.5 million principal amount of the Loan, plus any applicable interest or fees incurred... straight repayment of the principal amount plus interest and fees amounting to 15% of the principal amount of the loan, payable on the maturity date... a minimum of US$1.5 million must be repaid on or before 30 May 2022. To the extent that any part of the principal amount has not been paid by the scheduled maturity date (which may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties) then interest of 2% per month shall be applied to such unpaid amount from time to time until it has been repaid in full. " So in Nov 2021 we said it would be extended and cost 2% per month (about 28% APR) - despite the La La's protestations to the contrary - that has proved correct. So $1.5m + 15% $225k +2% per month now 2 months Is that 2% really just on principal or is it compound with the fees ? Not entirely explicit as with most things TOM Either way at least $30k a month, or already $35k a month and rising. Debt now outstanding ? $1500k +$225k +$30k + $30k = $1.785m and rising by the day Meanwhile , no permits, no financing , no 90% of the interest and no incentive for Valkor to move quickly as they are going to get $30k a month + anyway. | fenners66
25/7/2022 20:38 | They also don't get the age old tactic of making a delay someone else's fault. They have conveniently forgotten "term sheet in 2 weeks , financing by easter" and now look to another self-imposed deadline to extend. But the excuse that everything is conveniently delayed by a third party issuing permits - that was never mentioned 6 months ago - except by this board - just plays nicely into the narrative , no need to tell any bad news - its someone else's fault. | fenners66
25/7/2022 20:31 | Actually they aren't because even though the "old" TOM published cash flow forecast showed that they would need $175m (low estimate) before 9% inflation kicked in ; and higher interest rates ; they still like to believe the $145m figure we told them about 18m ago - though at that time they were adamant it needed $105m...... I suppose the fantasy figure does not matter - its all just fantasy. History has already shown us to be ahead of the curve in telling them how much it would need. Will history show we were also correct all along in saying this one man band will never borrow $200m | fenners66
25/7/2022 18:51 | The other thread are really expecting something or someone to lend a one man band $200 million | wilson2
25/7/2022 17:52 | I just wish TOMco would tell us what is happening. But only if its positive :-) | ducky fuzz
25/7/2022 17:44 | If we get an early RNS I think it will be positive , if it is end of week will be another extension. IMO | talais
25/7/2022 16:59 | I'm certain there will be a TOMco RNS this week or Monday. I'm less certain how positive it will be. Options are of course ... 1) We have got the funding OR 2) A further months delay of our paying Valkor the loan money. | ducky fuzz
25/7/2022 16:56 | Hi busa .. I really don't understand what is happening with PQE. It's share price says that investors don't think the buy out will happen. Other than it's knowledge I don't know why anyone would pay anything for PQE. | ducky fuzz
25/7/2022 16:25 | If interested... | busamitch

22/7/2022 21:35 | Once again no Viston director's name added to the announcement - why is that ? | fenners66 |
