12/8/2022 15:08 | Will Viston have similar fun and games with TOM. | lopodop
12/8/2022 14:57 | Wilson2 When you say TOM is finished etc, did the business ever start - it’s just a long tale of mistakes made by a variety of different BOD members, all of whom have been rewarded at the expense of serious investors. BDO the company’s auditors have been blacklisted by the powers that be and it is likely that the accounts will be scrutinised by the regulator so it will be interesting to see what their reaction is to the adequacy of the audit and in particular whether they were too accepting Of the board’s representations. No doubt the former NED’s who left after a short stay may have views to express on the situation. What a mess! Had BDO applied scepticism in their audits, they would quickly have concluded that the chances of raising the funding were zero. Therefore Tom was not a going concern etc etc etc. and the sands ‘project’ In effect he has been spinning a yarn or two or three to investors and may be to the non executives. Promises which never seem to materialise. | lopodop
12/8/2022 14:02 | Lopo, providing they can stuff shareholders for another placing they are temporarily solvent again. It will depend on when the shareholders wake up to the never ending cycle. | the diddymen

12/8/2022 12:47 | Hi damac .. 400k would be quite a big top up for me. But I guess for you its just cancelling the wine order for a week and not taking your land rover to pick up your usual order of Stella :-) | ducky fuzz
12/8/2022 12:22 | If you mean do I think the "takeover" is not going to happen.... yeah its pretty obvious. I looked up their premises on Google at the start it looks like a house in St Gallon (if I remember that correctly) and it did not look like the source of $100's m. Also there is very little internet presence a trait in common with the Failed takeover of another basket case PET by Tamraz , Netoil and friends, noted and said that at the time as well. And what a coincidence we have those familiar names now talking about getting involved with Petroteq. The modus operandi ? Pick a basket case company , with a narrative that has only been kept on life support by willing shareholders putting in more cash..... Small world. But don't worry , PET's LA LA LAND board did not take any notice either....... | fenners66
12/8/2022 12:15 | Good luck with your top up damac ;) | ajj2003
12/8/2022 11:49 | Swiss are simply playing games - what is their ulterior motive - pretty obvious don't you think? | lopodop
12/8/2022 11:15 | "Petroteq Announces Proposed Extension of Private Placement Offering" Is the title of their latest announcement I read through it expecting to find its moved from "this date " to " that date" instead I haven't a clue if the original date was "is anticipated prior to the end of August, 2022." or if that's the new ambiguous date range..... Why are all their missives so ambiguous ? | fenners66
12/8/2022 10:33 | Tomco is finished, please get what you can out now or lose all you have invested | wilson2
12/8/2022 09:59 | Make sure you lean your head to the left ducky.... | bungeetrader
12/8/2022 09:55 | Lean your head to one side lol | damac
12/8/2022 09:54 | What the ; the o and the ) .. didn't look like a winking emoji to me. | ducky fuzz
12/8/2022 09:50 | I thought the winking emoji at the end would answer that question. | damac
12/8/2022 09:43 | Hi damac .. are you buying or guessing? | ducky fuzz
12/8/2022 09:36 | Both 200k trades were buys ;o) | damac
12/8/2022 09:23 | TD GIVEN that Tom appears in reality to constitute a bankrupt business no less, notwithstanding all the glitter showered upon it by those who should know better, the BOD should be advised to STOP all emoluments payable with immediate effect and appoint a receiver to sort this business out once and for all and STOP messing with innocent investors. | lopodop
12/8/2022 09:12 | "Ducky Fuzz 12 Aug '22 - 07:55 - 27486 of 27488 Can I be the first to predict another extension to the Valkor loan repayment at the end of August please." No. We beat you to it by about 9 months ..... That is, when they announced it was costing 28% | fenners66
12/8/2022 09:08 | In my last post re PQE "I suspect those than can will use the spike to exit." Share price then was about 34c It closed near 28c having been back down to 26c after a raft of sells. I suspect that was exactly as guessed , lots using the spike to exit.....even given the supposed offer on the table of 74c Some on the other thread still awaiting their big pay day ? | fenners66
12/8/2022 08:55 | The other thread still have not grasped that financing can all be arranged and disclosed 'subject to' issuing of permits or whatever. When it is evident that TOM as constituted will never get the funding, it is easy to predict that it will not be this year, not even August. The financing costs will put pressure on the one man band to get another placing away as soon as possible. | the diddymen |
