The last two valkor loan repayment extensions have been on the last trading day of the respective months. Surely if we were going to be kicking the can down the road for another month we would have had that RNS this morning

Well as this drags on it looks more likely the funding is linked to PQE.
Im sure someone in PQE is awaiting a big pay out and has some of the funds earmarked for TOMCO
If you spent years building a company and when proved up was taken out in a hostile way would you not try to get in on the action of the only co that has a multilicence,
For the product that was in a sense your baby

I agree with jay, It is better for the [short term] share price for good news to be announced on a Monday rather than hidden on a Friday.

Obviously there will be an RNS on Monday for funding confirmation or further months delay in Valkor loan repayment.

Can't see TOM doing anything with QFI, more likely with QFI and Valkor. Too much value in the bitumen for roads and infrastructure.

Personally don't see any link in the need to wait for drill permits to be confirmed before funding news is released

RNS tomorrow for sure, so either funding news kicked down the road for another month or the big one!

Stock options priced at $1 and $2.27

so 5.5 to 12.6 x the current share price.


Moreover if the "sale" did happen the options at $1 would not be as far away....
Clearly the option holders have reconciled that even $1 is fantasy and will never happen so why bother having an option.

Meanwhile of course "optionees will be eligible to receive awards under the Company's new 2022 Equity Incentive Plan"


Reading the detail of that plan it looks like it could offer up to 20% of the company's shares , seemingly free as awards for performance etc... if that is so , no cost rather than paying an option price , what's not to like ?

There is a view that Viston have objected to the scheme, guess what that means ?

I have thought for a while that TOMco won't announce the funding until they have the production permits.

They say they will get the permits in August so I think we will get an RNS either tomorrow or Monday saying there will be another months delay in paying Valkor.
