How do you know the funding hasn't already been agreed and will be announced shortly after permits given. Don't understand why the permits are taking so long.
Think next RNS now will state another extension to Valkor payment.

From the results notice of Petroteq's agm.

After saying a share consolidation was approved ...


"Shareholders are advised not to mail in the certificate(s) representing their common shares until they receive a letter of transmittal and confirmation from the Company by way of News Release that the directors of the Company have decided to implement the Consolidation."

Meanwhile 74% of those shareholders have supposedly accepted an "offer" from Viston - who's directors never put their name to the offer extensions .... (why?)

It's a shambles

But the La La's here are counting not only (some of them) on a windfall from selling PQE shares (now down to 20c) but also on PQE's "world beating " tech.

I wonder if that rivals their world beating corporate governance?
