30/3/2022 21:59 | It may have been identified early on, a year or so ago, but obviously kept quiet until the lease secured. Plenty of aim companies drill with CoS under 30%, and throw millions at drills. Tom with successful exploration drills, relatively shallow drills, relatively cheap drills and mainland US, I think we stand a good chance. But I too don't fully understand the complexity of the process. | ![]() stuart little
30/3/2022 21:48 | Stuart the 'conventional' oil came out the blue and I am not aware of the risks of the process. Some 'oil' companies spend decades and never drill 1mm. I am simply not aware of the chances of success, but I am pretty sure that it will determine the outcome of the company. | ![]() the diddymen
30/3/2022 18:20 | Could be argued that getting the deep wells working would act as much more than a stabiliser, share price wise. 3 wells producing 100b each, paying out the 12% royalty, is still a game changer for this AIM minnow. Add to that the potential increase in wells, funded by revenues. I made the point a while ago about putting the plant project on the shelf for a year or so, I stand by it. It could hold us back. | ![]() stuart little
30/3/2022 17:04 | Goulding if I am correct there will be no accounts tomorrow and that means that they do not have binding HoTs. TOM then have 3 months in which to get it sorted. As you know we, on this side of the fence, believe that the technical risks and the size of the company are going to make this eye-wateringly difficult. In my view it will come down to the drill and whether the extraction process works, generating TOM a cash stream, which will at least stabilise the ship. | ![]() the diddymen

30/3/2022 09:04 | Damac, it will be great if they get the full funding but if not the funding to get to production will not be a big issue. | rmart
30/3/2022 09:00 | To be honest Vauch I am a little annoyed at myself for missing that so thank you for posting it. It has made me feel more positive about things now, I would not mind a small raise to finally get one project over the line and make us a cash generation business. | rmart
30/3/2022 08:59 | According to the “Acquisition of an initial 10% interest in TSHII” RNS from 16th November 2021, the funding of the production wells will be coming from the same funding being sought for the further 90% purchase and fund the CORT plant... “Greenfield is engaged in ongoing discussions regarding funding options to potentially achieve the ultimate acquisition of 100% of the Membership Interests, together with the drilling of a number of production oil wells and the planned first 5,000 barrels of oil per day production plant, whilst progressing other preparatory work. However, there can be no certainty that Greenfield can secure the requisite funding or the permitting required.” | ![]() damac
30/3/2022 08:53 | It's an important point that Vauch posted on the lease terms for the CO2 wells. 2 of the, already drilled, exploration wells will be utilised for production therefore 1 new hole needs drilling. I'm not sure what the budget is to complete the 2 and drill the third but on success we pay TSH2 12% (of which we own 10%) and retain the rest. Decent profit to be had! Just waiting on the core results now. | ![]() stuart little
30/3/2022 08:41 | I hadn't looked the detail up but that's why in my earlier posts I suggested...one reason for the finance announcement delay , is that with these other income options materialising ..they could adopt a different approach to get some income flowing and improve the share price before they went for the long term / larger finance Why would they do that ..to improve the large loan terms As I said would they get 100 m + finance just on capital repayment and interest with such a low market cap Anyway we're all just guessing | ![]() jaynealex
30/3/2022 08:36 | Might get a bit more information from QFI tomorrow QUADRISE FUELS INTERNATIONAL PLC will be holding a Interim results meeting on 1st Apr 2022 at 10:00am BST. | ![]() talais
30/3/2022 08:34 | I suppose that does make a raise more viable for say £2m to drill the production wells and get the income flowing. | rmart
30/3/2022 08:32 | Sorry Vauch, you are right 12%. I messed that. | rmart
30/3/2022 08:26 | I also hope the PQE deal comes of this time around as the exchange rate is in our favour. | ![]() vauch
30/3/2022 08:24 | I do hold a ridiculous amount of shares in this, so don't get me wrong. I would just like to se the co get one of the projects into production, with cash coming in the rest will easily fall into place. | ![]() vauch
30/3/2022 08:22 | Meaning they could be considering another fund raise to get wells up and running | ![]() vauch |
