Good research note which lays everything out clearly. And confirmation that they do intend to press ahead with plans to construct & commission their own 5k CORT plant.

You would hope Ryan Long has done his due diligence and must have crossed paths with Zac Phillips so looks very much orchestrated to me

I don't think TOMco would issue this tweet if they were not confident. They clearly want what they are currently doing highlighted.

Chill out. The funding is coming. No further dilution of this share required. Just sit tight and be patient

I personally think we will get the money.
Would not surprise me if we go for a lesser amount and delay the 5k plant.

The refinery deal and the Vivakor deal potentially net $20m to $25m per yr to TSHII so I suppose you could also say there is $2 to $2.5m there for TOM (greenfield).

But for $16m we can have all of that income.

we cant, if we do then TSHII will get 90% of revenue. We only own 10%.

The best deal we have so far is the one with Vivakor which is nothing to do with site ownership.

EverythIng else so far is just 10%.

So until it has acquired the 90% it will not move to production of the deeper zone.

TomCo is planning to acquire the outstanding 90% interest in TSHII, and then advance it to production from both open-pit mining operations in the near-surface formations and steam injection in the deeper formations.

576m dollars NPV divided by 1.8 billion shares is 32 cents ..about 24 p

And is that just the 5000/day plant ?

Ducky, it is not impatience. People listen to interviews and some choose to invest on what is said. Then when what is said by the management does not happen they lose trust.

2 weeks expectation is now 6 weeks in reality with no reason given.

It shocks me how impatient people here are. We had an update last Thursday and already people are moaning. Everyone thought the rns excellent.

I think the delay in the terms sheet is down to TOMco either seeking to improve the terms or they are negotiating with an additional cash source.

This need for money isn't urgent yet as we are some weeks away from our C02 TSH2 production wells.

This funding is huge for TOMco and we have to get the best terms we can. DF

To be very frank, the BOD may really find themselves out of their depth. The project / projects require immense expertise technically and immense amounts of funding which TOM simply does not have.
But with SB in the background, it will most probably struggle on haplessly as it has been won't to do.
In the chairman's statement, the financials and auditor's report look out for possible references to inter alia, double negatives, notwithstanding, subject to, placing reliance etc, unable to ..and also the amount of the auditor's fees.
If investors are feeling nervous, pity the auditors. How do they come up with realistic assessments of this 'beast' - must surely be easier ways of earning a bob or two.

Yes they have the cash for the exploration wells.

Now (if fully successful) they need to convert 2 of them to production wells and drill more production wells.

The finance would have included this cash requirement along with the cash for the 90% of TSHII.

Trouble is where is the finance?
