Vivakor certainly not messing around, 12500 by summer then three more trains taking production to 50000 at this first plant.

Fast production ramp up, serious play for silica as creating a US supply would be immense and take away the dependency on other countries (big plus in current climate), used in chips etc, potentially five more supply agreements for five more plants at different locations in the future.

That is some roll out plan and we get a ring side seat with all the perks ;)

Tomco via Greenfield are building relationships with ambitious companies out there. Valkor, HSO, Vivakor, the unknown refinery company....there's a bright future here I'm sure! The 10% purchase in November has triggered these deals. Obviously john didn't want to show his cards on the infrastructure he was buying. Wonder if TS2 land has anymore hidden gems....

Could be the very reason why the finance deal has not yet been announced

Many factors / circumstances have changed

Do we need 145 m , the financiers may have wanted a slice of the company etc etc

Maybe it's all being put through the mincer again ..but for very positive reasons

The silica aspect is interesting as needed for processor production and a hefty premium to other uses of the sand.

probably both will be very close together. It is very exiting times now for TOM. The companies the deal are with are not messing around. As said in the video Vivakor are looking to secure 1 billion barrels worth of tar sands. Think of the sand element of that using Greenfields upgraded tech.

Our own drills could be producing oil for us this summer and now this deal with Vivakor also to be producing this 'valuable sand product' of which we get 50%.

Really hard to beleive how little the share price has reacted yet.

I really hope we get the final drill complete and a confirmation rns next week.

So happy now the way it is finally going.

Is the $145m debt now really required at this point. Just get the $16m to gain 100% of TSH11 and let the cash cow start to work.

At that point we also get the revenue from the 10,000bopd production from the refinery! massive cash flow coming in from other companies.

Must admit to being totally puzzled by the reaction to this RNS.

Drilling as planned and results looking great. The drills will be completed next week and saturation results shortly thereafter. Should be moving to production wells in a matter of weeks.

On top of that, another new revenue stream that will generate lots of income pretty quickly and hardly any rise. Very Odd.

This is what Tomco hold in Utah TomCo Energy PLC holds nine separate Mineral Leases, being ML49570, ML49571, ML48801, ML48802, ML48803, ML48806, ML49236, ML49237 and ML50151. All of these are in the Uinta Basin of Utah and together they cover a total land holding of 15,488 acres.They are also underlain by the Green River Shale Formation, which is the largest known oil shale deposit in the world.
