I don't understand your point ref water. The Utah drilling teams do not shut down for a bit of snowfall. Unsurprisingly they are quite used to it and their equipment winter proofed. Not an issue, especially for these relatively shallow drills.

No ducky. My understanding is that due to the chosen locations the cold/snow is not an issue for this drill.

When I said in November that the weather forecast was -ve temp until February and Nothing would happen until March earliest - rmart and others said that would be no problem , a bit of ice and snow would not shut them down .

now the la la's are clutching at the straw that suddenly the weather might be an issue after all.

Guess I was correct then....

So it looks like exactly what I proposed - there will be no income to repay the terms of the loan - by end of May.

Another Self Imposed missed deadline - and they still think with this history someone would want to lend $175-200m !!

My call is that in these turbulent times because of the changing prices etc etc , the numbers all being redone , possibly the terms of any deal being relooked at etc ...all in our favour

Zac Phillips built the financial model for the funding package whilst working as a consultant. The model was touted around funders for their consideration. With funding, apparently, progressing he agreed to join the board of Tomco. My two and two comes to four on this matter. Hope my maths are good!

Found it, massive upside now,The Report was prepared using oil and marketable sand price parameters specified by TomCo. The future oil produced and processed through mining operations is assumed to yield three distinct products including asphalt, heavy oil, and diesel. The asphalt price is based on the Argus Asphalt Index price of US$93.64. Heavy oil and diesel prices are based on the 1 December 2021, West Texas Intermediate posted price of US$62.05 and are adjusted for quality and market differentials. Sand produced through mining operations is assumed to be processed and sold as four distinct products (industrial, construction, frac and silica sands). Sand prices are based on the 2019 United States Geological Survey prices for each product.

Let's get walking before we consider running!! 5k will do just fine for starters, with the knowledge that the ramp up to 10k is fairly straight forward. You would assume that permits and the regulatory process in the US going forwards could be less arduous due to the current oil situation. One step at a time though eh?

The numbers must be looking very tempting given the current worldwide situation.
