How many income streams are now being developed, I'm losing track?


Greenfield 5k bopd CORT plant on TS2.

Greenfield in-situ wells programme on TS2.

Rent & royalties from 3rd party upgrading and operating the existing refinery on TS2.

Rent & royalties from Vivakor upgrading and operating the existing oil sands processing plant on TS2.


I may have a stab over the weekend at putting potential revenues against each of the above.

Vauch,

I think it is only natural for investors to get excited on learning of yet another income stream that is being developed, and as SL says, there is not much any of us can discuss in relation to the in-situ well drilling at present, we can only go on what they are telling us in the RNS which effectively tells us that everything seems to be going as expected.

Vauch we have no way of knowing the saturation level of those cores! Of course it is great news that 2 drills have been successfully carried out, and yes maybe that is slightly lost to some, but other than that there's not much more to say right now.

From LSE Just to let you guys know the 1.808 mill sell at 10:04 is in fact a buy coz I bought it...unbelievable how MM re-write theses buy/sells..the next three buys straight after were mine too. Over 4.7 million shares ;-) oh happy days. Just got out of Vera's this morning before trading halt and saw the good news from Tomco...

Oh Damac.
Im referring to the shareholders not the company.
When the drilling was announced the board lit up with chat on anticipation of it happening.
Now we have some feedback on the firs two holes and third due, it seems this one has been forgotten.
At the time most where happy we could have production faster than the plant extraction setup.
It would be good to get others opinions on weather the first two results are good bad or indifferent.

Rmart, they recently listed on Nasdaq i see with a large chunk of money. Should be well positioned to progress at speed hopefully.

Vauch, what else are you expecting them to say on it at present?

They confirmed that the drilling commenced.
They confirmed that they expect the 3rd drill to be completed next week, with oil saturation levels to be confirmed thereafter.
They confirmed that the drilling has went as expected so far, with no water encountered in the target formation.




TSHII Drilling Update

Further to the Company's announcement of 10 February 2022 that the permits required from the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining to drill three exploration wells on the TSHII site had been received by Greenfield's wholly owned subsidiary, AC Oil LLC, the Company is pleased to report that the drilling of such wells has now commenced.

Initial results from the drilling have met the Company's expectations, with confirmation that no water was encountered in the target formation. Approximately 120 feet of cores have been produced so far from the first well drilled (AC1) and 80 feet of cores from the second well (AC6). The third well (AC2) is expected to be completed next week, following which tests will be conducted to confirm the oil saturation.

What Valkor announcement? You've clearly not understood the rns. Valkor will be used in the upgrade work but ultimately GF will benefit from the sand revenues.

TomCo Energy inks MoU for tar sands processing plant

Vivakor will "develop and enhance" an existing facility it owns on the Tar Sands Holdings II property

TomCo Energy PLC (AIM:TOM) has signed an outline agreement with a California-based group that hopes to re-commission a tar sands processing plant on acreage in Utah’s Uinta Basin.

Vivakor (NASDAQ:VIVK) Inc will "develop and enhance" an existing facility it owns on the Tar Sands Holdings II (TSHII) property, TomCo said in a statement.

The plant would be designed to produce at least 1,000 barrels of oil per day or equivalent tonnage of asphalt cement.

TomCo owns 10% of TSHII via its Greenfield Energy subsidiary and has an exclusive option valid to the end of the year to acquire the remainder.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Vivakor (NASDAQ:VIVK) and TomCo’s Greenfield arm covers professional services, including sand treatment and oil upscaling.
