Going off a low price of $40 per ton for the sand that is another $20,000 per day income or $7.2m per yr.

50% of the processed sand sold going to greenfield post improvements. As we know from previous figures that could generate a decent amount of income.

Shows they are well on the case and moving forward with innovative agreements to extract the full potential of TSHII. The drilling update is excellent news and gives further confidence in future Tomco announcements and more specifically timelines ;)

That latest announcement was as clear as.... tar sands...

Admitted a screw up with the warrant announcement from 2019 , how convenient since that 2 year deadline has passed.

Not good form,

Oil drilling not encountered water - but not announced if it has encountered commercial oil.

After that it reads as if Vivakor (who are they exactly?) are going to do their own thing on TSHII site maybe....
but looks like that is only if Greenfield spend some more cash...

That Vivakor owns?
How much will that cost?

No guarantee of any monthly income , just a $30k up front payment - which is 90% due to TSHII ?
Seems to me like another angle of - IF

IF Greenfield spends an unknown amount of money on someone else's plant (again)
IF they actually use it
IF they use any volume
the Greenfield get 10% of $3/tonne
IF Greenfield can finance the 90% of the land it might get more that 30c a tonne

That is very big income again, 1000 bopd produces at least 1000 tons of sand of which Greenfield (Tomco) gets 50% of the revenue from the sand sales, plus $42,000 per week for the supply of the tar sands (when we own the full 100%).

TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC ("Greenfield"), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Vivakor Inc. ("Vivakor") covering, inter alia, the proposed development by Vivakor of an enhanced oil sands processing plant on the Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") site located in the Uinta Basin, Utah, United States and the provision of professional services by Greenfield . In addition, Vivakor has entered into a lease with TSHII covering approximately three acres of the TSHII site to accommodate its planned operations, which includes the future supply of oil sands by TSHII.

As ever it was going to be so easy. Just go out and borrow $175m or whatever and deliver a hardly tested technology. The lender underwrites all the risk. Heads of terms in a few weeks and that effortlessly transitions into a legal deal around April.

Sadly life is not like that unless you believe the incredible in TOM.

The drill narrative seems to be hitting the same problems, and audit/going concern sign off are imminent. Just a chance that the cash element of going concern might rely on the drill that has yet to turn.

Nothing to go wrong here then.

We did, drilling early March. As I said earlier I expect to hear something this week or next. No deadlines missed so far. (Not that they are deadlines as they don't have a penalty for late drilling, they are expectations.)

Just searching for reasons why we haven't had drilling results yet.

I'd have expected an RNS to say "We are going to drill on x date" or "we have drilled and are waiting for results" or "we have drilled and results are" etc ..
