Highlights below.

Tar Sands 2 already has a large mining permit and infrastructure. Saves significant time.Working on reserves reports.

Tomco has established with Valkor that there are significant oil reserves at deeper depths.

Having bought the lease we can start the permitting process. Tomco is going to drill 3 exploration wells starting on 1st December 2021.

Will be able to test where the oil is, how much there is and then can test its quality. This should only take about a week or so.

Then Tomco will submit the permitting process for the production wells, which should take a month or two.

Will be drilling the production wells in March 2022.

In the process of talking to funders for money to build the first 5,000 barrels a day separation plant.

Currently doing all the engineering plans for the plant which will be finished in the next week or so.

Looking at a full debt facility for the plant.

Expecting to get that into term sheets at the beginning of 2022.

Using quasi equity as a debt facility for the construction period.

Long term ambitions are .. Starting with 5 in situ wells and there is space to drill 25 wells on the site.

These 25 wells will produce on average 100 barrels each, [so 2,500 barrels a day].

It takes about 1 week to drill 1 well. Subject to funding we will get those wells drilled next year.

Assuming we get the funding close for the separation plant we will start the construction of that early next year [2022].

Completion Q2 (2023).Enough reserves to put a further 5,000 barrels a day train on site. [making 10,000 barrels a day].

Then working with Valkor have just done a survey of the whole Asphalt Ridge area. We are going to identify further sites.

Going to find sites where a number of these sites can be located. Going to move ahead on permitting at the end of next year on those.

From LSETrades today... Traders!!!This process of shifting from one expiry month to another is called rolling over. It involves closing your long position in the near-month contract and simultaneously opening a long position in the next-month contract.

Wilson, i suggest you start gathering evidence to back up your statement that "John Potter is an habitual liar".I believe you may be getting an important letter in the post...

Yes, good and accurate posts rmart. If they are going to start oil production in March 22, then, perhaps I should sell!We need some National, press about a smalluk oil compan, competing with American oil companies in the USA with low-emission oil.

yes, but I feel a new focus on promoting the company is now starting. They could say very little until the deal was done. Tweets have started, interviews, lots of news to come too. Dont forget JP promised he would reveal the costings of production and oil and sand revenue from the feed report.

It is all starting to come together now. If we are not 3p by mid next yr I give up !

Those numbers are incredible. for 3p market cap would sill only be £50m. It should be way north of that.
