It does look suspiciously artificial. It will not be a first on AIM.

The company is in dire straights and needs a last minute deal or similar to bail the existing shareholders out.

Time is not on the side of TOM.

Just a thought but if I were on the Board I would want to have a plan B. With warrants it might be at 0.25........6 weeks ago they may have got away at 0.35

Interesting how the buyers have come in today , with news long overdue but with a deadline.

Then the inevitable "leaky" comment.

That is what this is all about , narrative rather than substance in the form of any business.
