I sold 2 x 500,000 on Monday at 0.73p and 1 x 500,000 yesterday at 0.7404p.

I bought them all back first thing this morning at 0.66p.

So I'm really pleased.

It is my ambition to become a trader. If you can't beat them join them. Although I do feel very nervous when I am waiting to buy back. DF

Vauch waking up to what we on this side have been saying:

"8 trading days left, will we get the correct news this time around, if extended again then just do a placing for the 2.5 mill and get it out of the way."

The delay in the placing could yet cost existing shareholders and even then the chances of financing this one are as close to zero as is feasible.

Goulding it will be interesting to get the independant valuation and it will be the main rebuttal.of any bid for PQE


That's why I keep on about a broker note here ...laying out the 10 year journey and the potential value along the way

This would help move the share price up and give everyone a yardstick against which to measure any bid here

It may well be that no-one , including the controlling interests , want to be around here in 10 years time

But talk of any future exit price or bid price Vs today's low valuation is a nonsense

Assuming all proceeds as planned of course .

the valuation will factor in risk ...and remember as each yard stick is reached , risk reduces and the value rises

If anyone watches SKY NEWS,and seen how polluting the Texas Permian is in emitting methane 24/7, Biden will have to do something to shut it down if he wants to meet his targets. Should be a great opportunity for TarSands.aimho

Apologies if already posted from LSE, but I found it interesting:-

We should know very soon the valuation of the intellectual property for the world first Petroteq technology. Petroteq recently announced that they had instructed independent valuation. Have no doubt this will be included in the Board response to Viston hostile bid. This response to shareholders is required under SEC regulations by next Tuesday at very latest - could come earlier.

Very interested to hear what Petroteq are going to say in their defence to the 0.74c offer. Confident that Viston offer is low ball and very opportunistic

Not Gross Margin or Operating profit etc

It's Sales in layman's terms

“For any future oil sands plants built by Greenfield utilising the Petroteq Licence, a 5% royalty of net revenues received from oil products produced from oil sand resources at any oil sands plants will be payable by Greenfield to Petroteq.”

I suppose anything is possible but if the funds are not around what else can be done.
False hope does not seem to work - may be TOM will try tapping its largest shareholders for a loan to cover the deposit. If TOM does arrange the deposit payment, JP can draw breath and try to convince punters everything is falling into place - just a normal TOM delay which SL and cohorts may find just about excusable.

Is the royalty of any plant using PQE tec carry a 5% royalty if so is the 5% from the retail of the oil produced or from the profit.

Actually I suspect they are a million miles away from the any deal for $110m+
but it would be leaving the plan Z deal to the near the last minute...

But over here we never expected anything else....

D-8 tomorrow. We are just entering the twitch zone. You cannot leave parts of a potential $110m+ deal to the last minute, and this is the 'last second.'

2 x 8 mill
2 x 5 mill
2 x 2.5 mill

Oh they have returned in the list.

Seems to cancel out an exact amount of i x 8 and 5 mill

Well that is a load of confusing trades
