04/11/2021 11:19 | I wonder if negotiating the terms of the loan are difficult and that is the reason we haven't heard anything yet. | ![]() ducky fuzz
04/11/2021 11:17 | It's not a delay. | mikecoster
04/11/2021 11:05 | It was my gallows humor damac. I'm more of a Bilbo Baggins character than anyone in the Star Wars franchise. But only 6.5 trading days till the November 15th deadline. Not long is it. I always pay my credit card bill on the last possible day, I guess this is no different. I wonder if negotiating the terms of the loan are difficult and that is the reason for the delay. | ![]() ducky fuzz
04/11/2021 10:57 | Why is that Ducky? Are you intending moving into the doomsday bunker on the dark side lol | ![]() damac

04/11/2021 10:18 | "Ducky Fuzz 4 Nov '21 - 10:02 - 23757 of 23757 Presumably the third party know the 15th November deadline date." Precisely. As I said previously , any 3rd party is a BUSINESS not a charity. Most likely a business that makes money not loses it. They also know that TOM have backed themselves into a wholly unnecessary corner, with $500k spent on a non-refundable "option" A Business result would be demand totally penal terms from TOM. What option to do TOM have ? Disagree and say goodbye to $500k Look to extend the option period for another $200k in the hope that someone else will finance? Or agree to ridiculous terms and try and issue some words to fudge the commercial fail ? That ALL hinges on the decision in the first place to buy an option on land that has been up for sale for 5 years ! The gamblers on the other thread have no understanding of commerciality. How TOM has positioned itself to have a very weak hand in negotiations. I also have already said - what if they cannot agree terms ? Waive goodbye to $500k? Couldn't possibly happen.... could it ? | ![]() fenners66
04/11/2021 10:18 | All the parties involved are aware of the 15th date. John will know the significance of hitting it but this is a business transaction not a deal to purely placate shareholders therefore, as Damac said, it will happen when the paper is ready for signing. I'm still expecting it to be on time by the way. | ![]() stuart little

04/11/2021 09:40 | Any further delay to the initial 10% of Tar Sands Holdings II LLC is only an issue if the current owner is not agreeable to the purchase date being moved again. It will happen when it happens. They good thing this time around is that there is now a 3rd party also pushing for this to happen. For shareholders, the only issue from any further delay would be the fact that we have still not yet acquired the initial 10% and had a positive reaction in the share price as hoped. The fundamentals of the project remain the same, though I’m am sure that new conspiracy theories will be voiced elsewhere 🙄 | ![]() damac

03/11/2021 16:50 | Hi V .. I was in a company called PETrel Resouces and I was sitting on huge profits. I saw the share price fall but did nothing in spite of realising it was going to fall further. I finally sold at a big loss. So I learned my lesson is take some profit when it is available. I bought around 80% of my TOMco at 0.5199p. So I learnt my lesson. This is my second trade on TOMco I made around £2,000 the first time. | ![]() ducky fuzz
