Does it matter if someone who is not invested, apparently, chooses to give his or her views to readers. No one compels you to read the comments after all. Surely if that someone / ones consider that things are seriously off track why not post and at least get the points on the table. Just because you obviously strongly disagree, others may be quite pleased to think about these posts and possibly have changed their hitherto positive stances. Does it not come down to your own personal doubts and you would rather not be reminded of the numerous areas for concern particularly as the deadline so called is close.

The moment someone expresses a contrary view you overreact instead of thinking about what is said for a moment. Many have lost out here time and time again and common sense if nothing else should prevail. Why is TOM's current escapade going to work? Explain why you consider TOM is not looking disaster in the eye once again?

How does one establish the true identity of a poster on a bulletin board ?. Do you have to go through the courts, or do you go direct to the service provider. There are a few, posters ,on this board, that i would love to find out ,who they are in real life, with to view to a possible legal action, sometime in the future.

And that $110m was +/- 25% before higher inflation kicked in.
With the project a distant dream at the moment (imo) if you add 25% + inflation any lender will have to be prepared to make it $150m before it starts... otherwise it could be an expensive white elephant...

The total amount of share holders equity raised by Petroteq in its whole existence is
$156m.
They have businesses and accumulated losses of $97m

and of course they have employees and own the tech.....

They are also needing cash and clearly had not been able to raise sufficient funds to get their POSP plant running.....

So why would anyone commit to lending TOM $150m when it owns so little and is a one man band....?

Christmas is often a good time to release bad news. But it's a couple of months away.
So the best course, always assuming there is not good news, is to go for a placing to bolster resources and pay off the so called deposit outstanding. This buys a period of calm in which to work out how to get over the enormous hump ahead and ardent supporting investors will consider this to be a step in the right direction.
