Foxm, that is excellent, considering that there was nothing from that source a month ago. A real game changer. If it was $40 million, I reckon at à PE of 5, could be worth 5p alone on the share price however, the figures are all approx.

For the record, nothing that DAMAC has said today ought to be used negatively. The positives and negatives here have been argued about for months and months so let the matter rest.
Damac has set out a clear summary of future events as he sees them which investors may find useful. Now investors must wait.

That may well be the case Stuart but I’m willing to give the benefit of doubt. Besides, I view it as an opportunity to give others the chance to see the bigger picture (if they have yet to get there) on what should be happening soon.

I was asked a question on the other thread on what I see as the sequence of events between now and January 2022.

I have copied my answer below for anyone who doesn’t ever go into that thread for obvious reasons. The following is my view only and should not be taken as gospel, do your own research.

My estimated sequence of events between now and January are…

Completion of the initial 10% purchase of Tar Sands Holdings II LLC.

Publication of the Site Reserves report generated by Netherland Sewell.

Announcement on off-take agreements being signed relating to the in-situ extraction wells.

Announcement on off-take agreements being signed relating to oil & sand production from the 5k CORT plant.

Completion of the remaining 90% purchase of Tar Sands Holdings II LLC.

Commencement of drilling the wells for the in-situ extraction process.

It’s the weekend, I have just awoken from a very deep and satisfying sleep. I am feeling very content with life (especially with my holding in Tomco) and willing to be generous.

Nice to us hold in the 6s last week. Hopefully we will now push back into the 7s before the next news lifts a over a penny. If the news is as expected I see 3p in a short time.

There were a few over there who seemed to be confused with the situation. Always pushing the line that Valkor had dropped Greenfield like a hot potato and that they didn’t want to know Tomco. Failed to understand that Valkor are now more aligned to Tomco than ever before.

Fenners eventually having to hold his hands up and apologise for a lack of understanding and attempted misleading of even the basics, Greenfield ownership. Maybe an apology for misunderstanding the land deal will be next....?? Mass Hypocrisy as he constantly belittles others for not understanding RNS's.

Malcolm and Stuart , sorry I have looked again, I understood the transaction to be conditional, it seems instead that Valkor are willing to accept zero consideration for their interest in Greenfield , unless funding is secured within 3 years.

Having already been saying that Valkor wanted out , its clear they did even if they get nothing for the share of Greenfield..

You have it wrong. The allotment of shares is conditional on the funding but Tomco now owns 100% of greenfield. If funding is not achieved Valkor don't get 29% of tomco. Therefore Valkor currently own none of the project, so the onus is on them to assist with funding thus securing the 29% of tomco.

I’m guessing you are referring to yourself about not understanding RNS’s as it does state that valkor have signed their share over and will only receive shares once funding is drawn on, it also states clearly on RNS on 1/9/21 that greenfield is 100% owned subsidiary.

Oh now I know why they released that RNS 's so those who cannot be bothered to read it properly completely misrepresent reality.

LOOK at the RNS - its conditional , only on completion of the $100m + funding for the CORT plant - then they issue new shares

Neither has happened or seems at all likely....

As soon as I read "2. TomCo as 50/50 partners..." it became clear that your due diligence is hopelessly out of date. The JV has been dissolved and TomCo owns Greenfield outright.

You might want to start at the Petroteq reddit ( [...] ) to get yourself back up to speed.

I see the fantasy calculations have started on the other thread.

Lets start adding some questions to the mix...

1,If Petroteq cannot get any more than a "demonstration license " to use their supergreen totally clean , no pollution, no water usage POSP plant , just how is anyone going to get a license to drill for oil using steam and polluting the water table?

2, Tomco as 50/50 partners in Greenfield are only going to be in for half of what is left after the third party has taken their "pound of flesh"

Cancel that 544 b/d from one in-situ well figure, that's out of date, even although it's only from 2018. Have a look at the graph in Figure 1 here -

Click on "Oil" at the top left of that figure under 'Choose Production Type' to get rid of the gas numbers. If you then divide the oil production in Canada in 2018, 2019 and 2020 by the number of active wells, you get -

2018: average of 631 b/d per well
2019: average of 901 b/d per well
2020: average of 1850 b/d per well

If we can get close to that average, 5 wells would produce 9250 barrels a day. Multiply that by $30 or $40 profit per barrel for 365 days.
