Average temperature in Vernal Utah , below zero for November through to March, so the extension of "proposed financing " the 10% coincidentally means that it is unlikely anything will happen with the land before March 2022.


But they already signed up to buying the other 90% by Dec 2022.

So if the cash is supposed to be generated by drilling for oil , its likely they will have max ....7 months to do it in....

5 drills doing what 5,000 bpd for 7 months .... unlikely

It seems there are multiple companies all working on clean , pollution free

The lesson seems to be , either they are all doing the same thing or similar and no one seems to be making any money.

And Valkor had it in their hands , to use CORT and brought in a JV partner then gave it to them.....

Plenty of company making news to come in the run up to Xmas. Once the share price starts to move, it will take some stopping imho, with cash flow from the five wells project in the first half of 2022 helping to fund the first 5000 bopd plant.

Then repeat, repeat, repeat and happy days ;)

The potential here now is stunning, once this tar sands land is secured there will be no stopping this share price with the near term production from the new wells taking us right up to the first 5000 bopd plant with cash income along the way it is very exciting

We see a bounce soon up to 0.08 then as the speculation builds and rumours start to extrude then some may wish they'd not said anything. Good luck I hope you're investment turns golden.
