Feels like an early Xmas.

What should bring investors in now is the ability to produce oil and revenue in Q1. Much earlier than envisaged with CORT. This is such an unexpected bonus. No debt. No placing. Well done whoever arranged it.

Ducky,

Who knows?

The share price should (in theory) react to the 10% purchase being confirmed.

The share price should (in theory) react to the Site Reserves report (positive or negative).

The share price should (in theory) react to the $110M finance package being finalised by the end of December.

The share price should (in theory) react to oil being produced by the 5 wells (hopefully by end of Q1 2022).

The share price should (in theory) react to a brokers note being produced on the back of any of the last 3 points above.

However, there is no guarantee that there will be any share price reaction to any of the above. We all wait in anticipation.

damac .. when we find out how much recoverable oil we have in this report should that impact the share price .. or do we need to wait for oil production.

Hi damac .. have you any idea how we can value TOMco market cap wise.

I asked FISHY but he's done a runner.

Hi AJJ,

The oil being targeted on the well project will be much deeper down than the near surface ore to be mined for the 5k CORT plant, so it will be separate resource and in that sense no reason to see any impact on either project.

The key will be the Site Reserves report which should be able to estimate how much is deeper down that can be extracted by the well process. So, the Site Reserves report will be what determines other wells being placed on site to draw up the identified oil. Could the revenue stream from the in-situ extraction process (in time) surpass that of the 5k plant? The Site Reserves report will hopefully answer that.

Nice one Foxy. Thanks.

Of course I haven't a clue. This is my first oily. Just trying to come up
with a possibly valuation.

I don't want to wake up one morning and see the share price at 2p and sell my 4 mill odd
and regret it for the rest of my life.

It's lucky for us that the price of oil is so high at the moment.

Ducky, I'll leave share price predictions to cleverer people. I have my target and I'm confident of achieving it next year. All the best

Hi damac,

I presume there is nothing to stop this five drill program being replicated around this lease if the conditions are conducive or undertaken on other leases or factored up subject to permits, ground conditions, survey etc.

Show the first five well plan is a success (and it should be as the oil is there and the method is well proven) and you are talking one serious revenue stream to compliment our core 5000 bopd plant imho

Interesting times that is for sure ;)

Hi FISHY .. Thanks for your opinion / expertise. I thought it was a reasonable
short term comparison. Wrong again ooops.

Do you have any market cap / share price thoughts on TOMco please.

Do you think us having a market cap of £80 million in 6-12 months is way off?

Ducky,

Currently it is extremely difficult for anyone (even brokers) to estimate where this is going. The brokers really need news on the site being secured and sight of the Site Reserves report to re-evaluate the market cap and NAV.

The recent news of the proposed additional income stream from the in-situ extraction wells, should give rise to the share price well in advance of any increase attributed to the 5k plant. I think the numbers around the wells project will surprise a lot of people, resulting in a big scramble from investors to get on board.

I'm a large shareholder in zphr. There's a lot more to them than your summary. The smaller producing wells are funding a larger play, which is currently nearing its conclusion. They also have many more wells to come on stream in the short term. Nice try though, possibly the wrong comparison but I agree we have a lot of upside from here!!

There will be no land deal, so the share price will sink like a stone

Lots of news to come, but as Vauch says, the land-deal, will unlock all this information. However, I am not too keen on forward share price forecasts.
