Look for the large buy trade after 14.03 then look at level 2 for a treat for holders. Keep your cool and stay long Waldo has taken a holding.

What's the chance that does not happen either and the landlord - who must surely have another buyer waiting in the wings (!?!) - just says you had your chance ,

thanks for the $500k now sling your hook !

After all WHY sign up to an Option to buy 10% IF there is No one else in the market for the land ?

Still not seen any explanation of this Option....

23rd September.... before the latest we can't get the land deposit paid fudge...

They signed up to an option deal which gave them 4 months to pay the 10%

They extended it another month to get due diligence done (that's all really).....

They failed again and have bought another 6 weeks....

So 6.5 months to do something they signed up to do in 4....

Very odd some selling now just before lots of news to come.

Plus oil prices will continue to rise for a while yet according to the news.

I'm awaiting the "good riddance to weak holders" comment ,
seems they only want Icelandic World Strongest Man contenders as shareholders.....

Reichsmart, the problem is that the share price has been inflated on hype and that greed/fear equation is shifting.

Have you taken profits yet?

Majors looking for clean oil:-

European oil majors are working hard to cut their emissions by shedding assets as they attempt to become energy majors
One of the highest-profile cases of this transition so far was the sale of Shell’s Delaware acreage to ConocoPhillips
The market has responded by rewarded COP with a 25% increase so far this week, but the real value is yet to be realized

The Euro majors have been shrinking their legacy high carbon portfolios to transition their product mix to meet the lower carbon climate goals of the Paris Accord. This is driven by a combination of internal conviction at the executive level, investor revulsion at the "harm" hydrocarbons are doing to the planet, and fear of climate litigation hitting them.

Rmart,

On the webpage of the link I posted in the earlier post it says the following:

“Initially developed in Canada for application in the Oil Sands, SAGD is applicable to any heavy oil development which is too deep for surface mining and/or requires oil viscosity reduction to enable the oil to be moved to the surface.”

It may have been something to do with Canadian oil sands where you had seen something similar.

I don't think Red Leaf mined anything in the last year, they've had water problems and have received a $2M cheque from Utah for land that was not disturbed. Maybe they should move North and buy a licence.

Ha ha it will be nothing like eco shale which never got off the ground. I like the example Damac posted, I have seen that process before somewhere, I will try and look it up tomorrow.

Out of curiosity did Red Leaf ever get the costs down using the 'oven' method to make it financial viable or is it still a work in progress
