Vauch,

Unless any of us are nervous traders (which I don't think the majority, if not all, of regular posters on here are) we honestly shouldn't be bothering where the share price is at present. The share price will take care of itself as significant news is released between now and the end of the year and beyond.

I am hoping we hear of the following before the end of December....

1. RNS on completion of the 10% purchase in Tar Sands Holdings II LLC by mid-November, though I personally think it will be sooner, possibly this month. As we now know that money will be advanced to Greenfield from the 5 wells project enabling them to make the 10% purchase without the need for a placing. This will hopefully also provide details on:

1.1. Info on who the third party is behind the proposed in-situ extraction wells.
1.2. Info on how the agreement with Greenfield is structured.
1.3. Info on timescales from first drilling to first oil on the wells.
1.4. Info on the expected quality of oil being produced from the wells.
1.5. Info on anticipated daily/annual production rates and lifespan of the wells.
1.6. Info on production costs and estimated profit per barrel from the wells.
1.7. Info on potential buyers/any off-take agreements on the oil produced.

2. Site Reserves report generated by Netherland Sewell. I am hoping we also see this soon as it should give a more up to date estimate of both recoverable ore to be targeted for the 5k plant and estimated recoverable oil being targeted by the in-situ extraction process. With regards to the numbers on the In-situ extraction process, I would also hope we see some sort of statement regarding how they intend to ramp up from the initial 5 wells to maximise the extraction process over time.

3. Financial closure of the $110m funding package being pulled together for the building/commissioning of the 5k plant and for the further 90% purchase of Tar Sands Holdings II LLC.

My best guess is about £800k with revenues pouring in from early 2022. All the clues are there. This is going to be huge! Happy days.

It gets better for oil producers:-

hxxps://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/A-Cold-Winter-Could-Send-Oil-Prices-Soaring-Past-100.html

WTI:- $79.32. Did I read that there is a premium of $[8 on clean oil. There is your $100 pbo

Good for GREENFIELD,who could be producing oil in a few months.

Just read today's PQE announcement. PQE really are a basket case. They have borrowed so much money over the past year or two.

Interesting in the presentation where the chairman said "we aren't interested in working with Petroteq, it's all about greenfield for us". They know where the future lies...

"How big a carbon credits can Greenfield get of the back of PQE's clean oil extraction system?"

This year ? None
Next year ? None
Year after ? Likely none...

Its not even on the discussion agenda any more.
Because they have engineered the urgency to pay for a land deposit , that they do not have the cash for , that is the priority for the next .... months

Then if they are lucky , back to old school drilling for oil, how easy to get a permit for that ?

Just to pay for the land...

If that ever gets done its back to financing.....

No green oil extraction in that lot.
