I imagine work will restart once the correct amended paperwork is in place. Perhaps with a fine to Petroteq. What was I saying about TOM’s CEO? Unfit for purpose. This paperwork is part of his responsibility and should be checked on by the CEO of TOM, partner in Greenfield and left to Valkor.

Furthermore, I feel that the major shareholders now have the right to request John Potter to resign, for failing in his appointed position.

Looks like Mr Stapleton is guilty. Incredible that Petroteq did not keep the Utah government informed with a reply. Greenfield, Valkor/Tomco equally guilty for not checking on required permits before commencing work outside the previous permits.

If they did not then is from Tuesday to Friday enough time to put things right. If so then we will be in business again ;)

April 19, 2021Read ReceiptGeorge StapletonPetroteq Energy15315 Magnolia Boulevard, Suite 120Sherman Oaks, California 91403Subject:Incomplete Amended Notice of Intention to Commence Large Mining Operations and Reclamation Surety, Petroteq Energy,TMM Asphalt Ridge Mine, M/47/0089, Uintah County, UtahDear Mr. Stapleton:The Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (Division) is not currently able to approve the amended Notice of Intention to Commence Large Mining Operations (Notice) for the TMM Asphalt Ridge Mine. Updated address and contact information that is required as part of the Notice was not provided. These items were referenced in the cover letter but not included, which leads the Division to believe it was an oversight. Please resubmit the amendment by no later than May 14, 2021.A few items to address regarding your letter:1.The demolition costs calculated in the present reclamation surety include the transportation of equipment. Please keep in mind that transportation costs to dispose of the processing facility equipment is considered a liability for the Division and therefore, should remain in the bond calculations.2.Upon reviewing Figure C that was submitted and the addition of new equipment and the removal of other equipment at the facility, the demolition spreadsheet will need to be updated with this information when the larger Notice update is submitted (by July 1, 2021) so that an accurate estimate of salvage value can be made. Please contact April Abate at 801-232-1339 or me if you have questions or concerns regarding this permitting action.Sincerely,Paul BakerMinerals Program Manager

What the hell would a new ceo make to a company that doesn't do anything, the sole reason tomco exists is to feed the directors an enormous salary, get your head out of the sand

Morning all. Having stayed quiet for months now and slowly built a moderate investment in that time. Its now time for me to concede the BOD here are utterly incompetent with not a care in the world for shareholders. We are nothing but an inconvenience to this company. There is zero communication. There is no positivity. But the worst thing is, they just don't give a damn for us in any way at all.I'm completely sick of it and I'm sure not alone.Fiasco after fiasco.Time for a complete change to the board or we're finished.Have a good day all.

They'd need all the relevant % votes to carry resolutions and currently the management themselves don't own many , so down to the large holders colluding

Can't see that one happening

But a takeover yes

What would be a great scenario for a cheap MBO? Update and test the plant to the required output, send off required oil samples then have an insider contact DOGM to halt proceedings on the basis of using off site material, when they are at a natural point to halt anyway. Watch the share price fall over coming weeks while they supposedly negotiate the licence terms, all without updating shareholders. I know this is all very pessimistic but who knows.

As you suggest, this may be a convenient issue to throw investors off the scent and perhaps buy time whilst the BOD mull over how to play it.
Money must by now be in short supply and the Chairman has few choices.
