Please don't just shrug it of, I and your puppy followers need to know the basis of the knowledge you have to make the statement that you made. Why do you have the confidence that it will all be sorted in a few days? Please share the detail and wisdom that supports such bold a statement. Are you truest the uber wise that deserves your cap tipping deference or just another self serving BS merchant. I write in nearly every post the basis of my judgement, so please share why yesterday should be written off as just a minor aberration and that nothing about the competence or credibility of this shambles can be inferred. Lord help us. The fact is that you believe this to be a bona fide business I tell you it is a scam. I have never said I know the detail of the CO but apparently you do. It is you who states you have confidence in the knowledge you have to make the statements you do. So what is this knowledge? I have been very clear, the sickness is that this thing you lot call a company is a charade. The symptoms of this illness are many and varied and they often ping from nowhere. Placings pulled, nomads leaving, annual winters causing surprises, placings after fully funded statement, no employees, no value, what more do you need. Yet you dwell on each symptom as though they are unique and trivial not just another metastasis of the fundamental cancer that is TOM. Both you nor know if it will be resolved or when. But we do know you ain't getting your money back. I am here to stay.

If the CO is cancrlled by let's say Wednesday to allow time differences and nomads, you pack your bags and do one. Not much of a risk with the points you have continuously raised eh? You know nothing about what you state you have confidence in. You know nothing about the regulatory requirements that are being upheld by the Utah state. You know nothing about the transgressions, you know nothing about how such matters are reviewed, you know nothing about oil production, you know nothing about how a proper company runs, you know nothing! It is why you are here even when most children would have recognised that Daddy is not coming home; still staring through the window seeing faces in shadows. Jay, no government agency works that fast! Information gathered from yesterdays site meeting will then be discussed and hopefully a conclusion reached on Fridays conference call.I'm confident it will be resolved.

Why should GS make an announcement?

TOM's directors have been clever and run circles around its shareholders.

The more investors groan the more they laugh and they know that as directors of an IOM company there will be no comeback on them.

JP knows that however long this nonsense continues, he should receive best part of 200k. His skills may not lie in management nor oil projects, but he will be able to set up a new business in the cake industry. No doubt he is taking advice on the best way to exit TOM with the best possible pecuniary advantage.

As for the non execs, they can agree an acceptable send off with Mr Receiver coupled with a very pleasant celebratory dinner for themselves and partners - lots to talk over and grateful thanks to their shareholders.

no announcement from Petroteq then. They will probably wait until todays meeting is over and the plant is cleared to run again before commenting. If they comment at all that is.

Where as Tomco seem very keen to get bad news out very quickly and good news simply does not get reported.
