You all still believe the bull!! It is not going to restart on Friday or anytime soon. The state has not intervened because of some minor nuance, they have stopped it as a strategic intent to disallow the continuing destruction of its wilderness. It is a Fed and state strategic aim. Skeletor the puppet has already penned the executive orders to prevent any new oil production on US land, this is just the tying of a local loose ends. The state judiciary can essentially do what it wants. If it wants to close down an operation it will find a way. Take a deep breath. It is over. Understand the law of the bigger fool. You do not want to be holding these when the most deranged believer eventually pulls out. Old Jayneaux wants to buy some of this worthless confetti so sell to him, the bigger fool. You are all beyond help.

SB AND GS are too clever for TOM. IT IS OVER AND TOM IS FINISHED.

This situation has been there for more months. The Board knew but withheld.

STOP ALL OUTFLOW OF CASH AND APPOINT RECEIVER.

ALSO STOP ALL PAYMENTS TO DIRECTORS IMMEDIATELY.

So after this it will start all over again, 2 weeks to ramp up 4 weeks full run and that is if we have not passed the agreement to run the plant for 1 year.
The time scales are now getting tight, but dont expect TOM to give us any info.

I'm furious with this RNS, for all the reasons mentioned on here. I've yet to decide if i personally have the stomach to try and do anything or indeed whether anything can be achieved. I know 5 other shareholders that together pack nearly 20% holding. Can we grow a group with any power? What is Novum's stance? Are we wasting our time? Dust settle and clear thinking needed.

I'd say it could turn out to be a buying opportunity. The MM's might drop this 50% in the first minute of trading, but read this bit a few times and it looks like they believe the APPROVED operational plan supercedes the permit, and it would make sense for the operational plan to include off site resources, not the old permit."Greenfield strongly refutes the basis for the issuance of the CO and believes that it has been conducting operations in line with the site's existing permit held by Petroteq and the approved operational plan."

Ducky, well I for one think they do.
To this co us investors are an inconvenience to them as they think they own the company and not actually run it for the holders.

Where are the lawyers, advisors, brains behind this operation? How do we even get close to contravening a permit! There had better be some swift resolution and answers on this.
