13/5/2021 22:14 | Rmart, they need a change at the top. Someone with experience and communication skills. I think the preFEED, will make a difference and provide clues to progress of GREENFIELD. | ![]() goulding1215

13/5/2021 19:42 | R Mart, Savvy investors have got out - this exhibits all the hallmarks of failure - the only question being how long before the whistle blows. Despite what SL may have been given by way of assurances about cash adequacy, just how much cash is left and how long will it last. It is a sickening tale and not surprising that the Reform Energy Plc in liquidation saga was suppressed by the BOD. | ![]() lopodop

13/5/2021 18:16 | Goulding, that is why in my opinion even a Decent update would just provide a short term spike for people to sell into. The bod have truly time after time been totally useless. My ONLY thought that could change sentiment is Sb joining the bod and getting rid of the current useless fekkers. | rmart
13/5/2021 16:18 | Well, a few days ago, 04.05.21, we had very encouraging reports that the company would be giving regular updates, and the spa was moving up. Today, with a thorough update from Petroteq, so far, nothing from TOM, nor no interest on BB’s and lack of trades, because silence from TOM. the CEO has been in Utah since About 01.05.21, not a peep. In my opinion the CEO is unfit for purpose, and is the reason why the share price is so low, due to his inability to run a company properly. Total lack of communication skills. I am not a large share-holder, but, I know if I was, I would be moving to have the CEO replaced and save money on his large salary. I do believe, that without his lack of ability, the share price would be double the price today. I repeat as previously stated, that TOM will be a large success, but not because of but despite this CEO’S incompetence and lack of communication skills. Aimho | ![]() goulding1215
13/5/2021 09:04 | Board changes imminent? Who? Is it not blindingly obvious that TOM's Greenfield venture has been hijacked by GS and SB. If the BOD had their cash tied up here, then they would be making every effort to sort this chaotic position. As non investors they can let the situation drift until the cash runs dry and then just walk away with confidence, having appointed some agreeable receivers to shut the shop. | ![]() lopodop
13/5/2021 08:49 | What is TOM's financial position given GS's update on behalf of Greenfield? Has TOM dug itself into a black hole? | ![]() lopodop

13/5/2021 07:58 | George Stapleton appears to be in charge! Is he not forgetting Tom's role and CASH via Greenfield - has Tom lost its influence and therefore is unable to give news updates. What on earth is JP's role and for that matter the Board's. GS AND SB must take Tom's investors for a bunch of idiots to put up with this SCENARIO. NO WONDER JP is silent. | ![]() lopodop
13/5/2021 07:53 | BusaMitch13 May '21 - 07:39 - 18893 of 18895 0 0 0 From George Stapleton via Alen D. End of May target for FEED. "As I am sure you are aware, the Petroteq Oil Sands Plant (POSP) is a proof of process for our bitumen stripping process. It has been assembled using components from the original pilot plant. As such, it is comprised of a number of equipment components that would likely not have been selected for a new plant designed from a clean sheet of paper. Recent upgrades to the plant were meant to address certain equipment issues (incorrect pumps for a particular service) and other recurring problems associated with version 1.0 of the Demonstration Plant. Version 2.0 is still made up primarily of original plant components upgraded with better, fit for purpose, pumps, improvements to mixing tanks plus the addition of a 3rd tank, and, more recently, the addition of heat to the process flow at key locations upstream of mixing and immediately upstream of the centrifuges used to remove clay fines from the bitumen/solvent slurry to reduce basic sediment & water (BS&W) prior to solvent recovery. When we restarted the plant in January, we were not fully aware of the negative impact very cold ambient temperatures had on stripping of bitumen and clean-up of bitumen/solvent slurry. Plant operations had previously been conducted during much warmer summer months. We’ve recently completed the installation of line heaters at critical locations in the process flow. We are back in production and the plant is operating well, but our focus right now is on testing different oil sands ores, solvent concentrations and mix tank residence times. We are continuing to generate test data to better inform the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of our first 5,000 BPD commercial production train, which design is nearing completion. At this time, our primary focus is data collection and not commercial production from the Demonstration Plant. We are targeting end-May for FEED completion, so will have to complete most of the tests used to refine the engineering by then. At that point, we will likely shift towards maximizing production. Please Email me any other questions you may have and I will try to provide answers." | ![]() vauch
