How much of the Greenfield (tomco) funds have gone straight into Valkors purse and how much of it has been spent on the material components of the upgrades? Valkor are contracted to supply the manpower, know how, expertise of the improvements. Much of Tomco's financial input is also in way of a loan repayable on greenfield securing further funding. (I know your answer to this already. :-) )

Morning. Sorry I missed your post and thank for the kind wishes for the weekend. You and I will clearly differ given our perspectives, however, I will take issue with the suggestion that I am 'making things up'. I think you are suggesting that Valkor is not getting paid or receiving some payment in kind related to success. Firstly, all the money that is being spent is your money supplied by TOM and TOM alone. The work being done is by Valkor so they are the recipients of this cash spend. Nothing made up here. Perhaps it is that you imply there is some equity inherent within the contract and of course there is, they own 50% of the JV and I remember some related transfer of licence 'value'. There may also be some 'success' clauses that suggest some incentive for success, but this is entirely normal and will not be relevant just like all the warrants attached to all TOM's placings.

As stated at 1st April:

In light of these requisite enhancements to the POSP and the subsequent input of the resulting operational data into the FEED study, it is now anticipated that the FEED will take approximately a further six weeks to be completed. The planned third-party verification work will commence upon completion of the FEED.

Maybe check out the greenfield contract with regards to valkors 'payments' before making stuff up. Maybe I am isolated on here, the numerous tomco boards are heavily weighted towards moaning and negativity. Maybe that's down to those who have properly researched this and understand how these projects pan having a modicum more patience than the traders and naysayers. Have a good weekend!

You are looking very isolated and a little bit desperate. Mutiny erupting and you steadfastly back the captain against all logic. You routinely state that credibility is conferred by Valkor and SB, like he is some uber sharp entrepreneur and the saviour. Valkor is invoked because they are getting paid. Just like Continental were for the turboshale fiasco. Ask a builder to dig a hole and fill it back in again, he will ask how much you will pay and not what is the point. Ask Valkor to work for equity and they will laugh you out of the room. All TOM has to offer is money that comes from the scam it operates to strip money from the gullible under false pretences and feed the swamp. When you eventually catch wind of this you will see how silly you were.

Agreed rmart, we have a BOD, that includes a Head Drone, 4 more drones. They draw salaries from shareholders and Then treat them with utmost contempt. Pity there is no AGM to vote them out. They are walking on cracked eggs.

If there is no update on switch on next week we will move into May. How would the holders who have been saying just a few more weeks feel about that honestly?

Surely you now have to admit this company is treating shareholders appallingly?

It is a total disgrace they yet again we have a new director who has not even bothered to introduce himself and point out his aims and intentions.
