One further point - the chairman Malcolm Groach is a Chartered accountant and he of all people should have realised the risks that shareholders were being contracted to underwrite both up to now and for the future. Had he the slightest doubt about Greenfield's success, he should have vetoed the joint venture.
If this turn out to be a failure, he personally will carry much of the blame.

Had the board the requisite expertise and experience, they would not have signed off on Greenfield in the first place.

Come on old chap. You like the rest of the inveterate TOM blinker brigade have been buying this dross for years. You and mugs like Vauch etc have an average in the multiple pence and prices that you will never see again. It amuses me that when the price notches a few hundredths of one pence you are all sanctimonious about your investment and my and other 'woke' TOM dissidents' apparent aberrations of judgement. You have all LOST your money. This is the only fact that is unequivocally true. You are all like chickens with no heads, muscle memory beings who only know that they have to keep on running around spiting self supporting nonsense, because to stop means you need to call it a day and accept the facts that stare you in the face. The next two sets of news: blah blah, 'test not as we would have hoped' and blah blah ' we intend to raise and consolidate the shares'. You heard it here:)

It's been a good week for the mutton headed chances so far....:-) news next week on production, followed by land deal, followed by increased production news, followed by FEED study....I think the mugs have a few good weeks to come.

No I don't think he/she/it is referring to you. The 'stew' is meant to be aimed at me. I know he is rather illiterate and spells like a 6 year old, but he normally correctly uses 'Stu' when he/she/it refers to you. The suggestion is that some measly dead cat bounce will leave me bereft at missing out. FOMO is not a thing for a would be TOM investor who knows the score. Inexorable and inescapable long term erosion of value. Short term blips may help chancers like Rmart to escape every now and then but for most of you mutton heads the decline has already caught you and only time is required for complete suffocation. The story is the same. One of you suggested that I have some ulterior motive. Never any thanks for providing free sage advice. However, I will continue nonetheless.

Here are a few digestible truths for you all, which should rightly dampen your recent hubris regarding these two RNS. Both are private punters, gamblers actually. One that is a serial loser in TOM and is a perfect example of the madness of doubling down on any gamble. The have lost hundreds of thousands and still will not leave the table. The other guy is just some trader like the rest of you, just he has more money. Just a proportion gamble given his means. They do not have any knowledge that you do not have. The later will be in and out if there is a profit the former is stuck to the bitter end. The only telling RNS would be if one of the 'city boys' invested, then you will know they news is going to be positive. But of course this has never happened and will never. This is just a classic Ponzi scheme that will go on and on. Why? Inexhaustible supply of mugs. Dear me!

Someone mentioned the non - execs. They may be concerned about the position but it is out of their hands.

Does not look good if they resign. So what can they do? Pray ?

Thank you for info Damac. Much appreciated. A pity one of our Board members could not have tweeted that information. Incidently, what have the NED’s contributed to Tom to date?

It's the nature of the beast. If any investor/trader is looking to accumulate it is prudent for them to do so when there is no news meaning their shares can generally be accumulated at the price the wish to pay. Once they cross a reporting threshold they have to (or more often than not 'supposed to') submit a TR1. As we have seen many times before, there are traders willing to take very small percentages of profit.

Can't investors appreciate that this all about SB.

All TOM has done is to invest investors hard earned cash into an operation controlled by SB at a phenomenal cost to existing shareholders.

One thing that is consistent with TOM is the jam tomorrow MESSAGE. It is always nearly and nearly.

SB will look after himself and be ever grateful for TOM's cash.
